My work entails being seated in front of my desk for long periods of time - trying to get better at standing and walking but this belt is helping me a lot in keeping the right posture and preventing my back pain also as a relief if a get the stabbing pains, happening less frequent now. I love that can be adjusted and I usually wear it under my shirt and it is very comfortable.

Comfortable and easy to wear.
I am nearly 84 years old. I couldn't get out of a chair and into the vertical position without experiencing horrendous pain. This has completely cured the problem and I now experience no pain at all It is wonderful and light to wear.

Decent!
Love the job it does, could be slightly wider, I’m 6”6” so my lower spine is longer than say that of a 5”8” person but all in all great for relieving pressure from the spine.

Good quality
It works really well. I'm very thankful to have found a good one. I had bought a belt at Lidl (no ofence to Lidl sometimes they have good products) but it just wasn't very good quality so I got this belt and it's great.

Sizing is off
Measured myself before buying thinking I'd have 3 or 4 inches spare instead I got 1 and half.So yes it's given me support but is so uncomfortable and creases because it's just to tight.I read someone else saying the same thing but still thought I'd be ok.Now I'm going to have to double to buy next size up.Don't be caught out buy bigger size.

Quality and satisfaction
Received very quick no hassle what so ever. Opened package and able to use straight away. I am size 36inch waist 15 stone and went for the large. Perfect fit.Good quality and great price. Is it working absolutely. Gives exact support to lower back when standing and sitting. I was able to eat dinner at the table totally pain free. Even walking around was easier with the support. I have a fractured L4 vertebrate. This belt is perfect and made such a difference. Highly recommend this product and seller. Would not hesitate to buy again. If you have lower back pain this is heaven. So easy and simple to use. One of the best things, l have ever purchased.

Super quality and excellent support
Really good quality and support. You can really pull it in nice and snug. I can manage to walk the dog on some of my sore days with the extra support. So the dog is happy too😆
