A diving accident at the age of 16 caused a rotator cuff injury that is destroying my love of outdoor activities at the age of 50. I ordered this product about a year ago after suffering my first ever bout of bursitis in my hip. It helped me right away and I stayed on it until, shortly thereafter, I had a checkup at Mayo Clinic and my blood pressure was unusually elevated. I recalled a comment made here that someone correlated a higher blood pressure with the use of this product, so I went off of it and found another product. Ultimately I went off all of the turmeric-related products when I wasn't feeling as well on them as I had. I try to "listen" to my body. I ended up trying some CBD oil and felt that was helpful for my hip pain. However, almost two months ago I had a community bug (virus) and the bursitis fired up along with it. Very painful. I got through that and continued my therapy regimen (walking, stretching, CBD,and by now magnesium). Then another community bug (virus) just recently and again the bursitis fired up. I spent a whole weekend in bed trying to find a restful position (on acetaminophen for pain). The virus let up about when it was for everyone else and the hip pain lingered. I was purusing various articles and ran into this product again (which I still had on hand). I had upped my CBD oil to try to quell the bursitis pain, and overall it was gradually improving as the virus got better, but by in the evenings my hip pain was still coming on strongly requiring me to use acetaminophen. When I saw the reference to Primal I decided to try it again. At the end of the first 24 hours I no longer had the high level pain and by the end of 48 hours it was barely noticeable, allowing me to do some light yard work. Someone else here referenced 48 hours as a turning point. I took my blood pressure and it may be a little elevated. I'm going to keep my eye on that and see if I can find a frequency of taking it that doesn't works but doesn't over-elevate the BP I put all this on here to thank the ones who reported how it worked and perhaps encourage those in a similar boat. I would also say I am going to look out for the BP issue as someone else noted. PS I tried to get in to see my Orthopedic Doc and I will, but there is a month long wait. In the meantime it sure is nice to have this natural relief!

I think this is great for someone who’s not already taking most of the other things in it. I did notice a change with the amount my hands were cramping up. I work nearly glued to a computer upwards of 10-14 hours a day, 5-6 day per week... I pop my fingers a lot and my hands get really tight and cramp up. After about 2 weeks of taking this I noticed they weren’t as sore. The taste isn’t bad, it just tastes like a vitamin, so I can’t say I love it. But pills aren’t for tasting they are for swallowing, so I’m not sure why it’s part of the review. The relief is nice, but not enough to justify taking another supplement. I still like and take other supplements by this company and would recommend anyone trial a few of them to see if one of them is what they have been missing. I received this product as a part of a special promotion.

Edited 4-14-2015 Today I received a refund on this product. Eu-Natural stood behind their product . I am rating them a 3 because of their business acumen to support their 100% guaranty offer. ALL of the ingredients within the product is something that I believe are helpful to one's overall health .... you will have to try it and see if it works for you. _____________________________________ I want it to work... but nope, not for me. I have lateral epicondyle, you will know as tennis elbow ( officially diagnosed by a orthopedic doc). I have been using this product for 1 month. I see little change. So for me, this product has all the ingredients of a great product yet my results ( which count) are nill. Why didn't I give it one star ? Because of the definition of a one-star rating of 'hating it'. How can I hate a pill ? So, I have contacted the company 2X times to take advantage of their purported 100% guaranty. Three days after I started taking it (I doubled-up the first two days, as permitted by the instructions) I turned a huge corner! This is the silver bullet! For most of the last month I've been unable to work, trying not to aggravate a nasty repetitive strain injury (RSI) that makes my shoulder burn when I use my right arm. Try to get through a day without using your dominant side arm for anything -- it happens without thinking. Anyways the condition was slowly getting worse, not better. Chiropractor had me on large doses of ibuprofen, little changed by taking it 10 days. Somebody gave me a Celebrex, no change. (It might have worked if I'd taken it longer, but I didn't want to, and this came in the mail the same day.) I'm in that awkward transition between forsaking Western pharma and fully trusting homeopathy. I can tell you without reservation and in all honesty, my first experience with this stuff just gave me a huge kick towards homeopathy! Come to think of it, color that transition completed! This product not only exceeded my expectations, it actually met my wildest dreams, it reduced the inflammation causing huge problems for me, quickly and with no apparent side-effects. Please forgive me, kind and wise makers of this wonderful stuff, for ever having doubted! :-) It's true, I didn't really believe, my attitude when I clicked the button to buy was, it can't hurt, I've already wasted 5x its price getting no where, what the hell? A small gamble that really paid off! An RSI, if you aren't familiar, is almost exclusively about inflammation, tendons run through channels next to nerves, if tissue in a channel becomes inflamed and a tendon rubs it as it moves, that tissue becomes more inflamed, making the tendon rub the nerve, which is very painful. If the tissue swelling can't be reduced enough for tendons not to rub, the condition is self-perpetuating. It is directly caused by inflammation, and not another damn thing. Reduce inflammation, problem solved! Suffice to say I am very, very happy with this purchase, I will always have this product on hand from this point forward, I will use it any time swelling becomes a problem, I will recommend at every opportunity and I will even try to memorize the herbs it contains. (No I was not paid to write this; I paid for the product with my own money.)

So I have mixed feelings about this product but overall I love it!!! I’ve seen a slight reduction in the inflammation of my joints whereas I might have expected more, however I only consume 1 capsule a day against the recommended twice daily (see more on this below). I suffer from IBS and thus I’ve eliminated a few and lowered the intake of trigger foods I just cannot adhere to a FODMAP diet, as it causes more mental stress than what is healthy for me. Taking one of these capsules a day has eliminated 98% of my IBS/IBD symptoms beginning only a few days after starting on these supplements and is the reason why I love this product! (after researching the ingredients of this product I’ve also learned that a few of the ingredients are known or thought to help with IBS/IBD but I will allow you to do your own research) So here’s the less favorable parts of this product... The capsules are quite big and might be a problem for people who have a hard time swallowing pills (which used to be me). They also have a very strong smell of rabbit food which is the reason I only consume them before bedtime because if I swallow these in the morning, I tend to have the taste following me for several hours after. However Eu Natural does indicate that you can open the capsules and add the main product into smoothies, etc. so that might work for smoothie drinkers! 😁 The results that I’m receiving from this product far outweighs any cons!! I can also highly recommend “My Brain” supplements from Eu Natural for migraine prevention which made my several debilitating migraines a month into having only 2 migraines in 6 months!!!

I start having pain trying to get up from the bed in the morning. I though I need to buy an extra firm mattress. The pain was increasing every day and after 2 week I wake up yelling with intermittent stabbing pain in my right buttock. I literally couldn't move. My husband gave me a painkiller and after 20 min it took him several min of patiently helping me to stand up. At that moment I needed a cane because it took me forever to get to the bathroom. Today we have to think twice before stepping in the emergency room so that same day I made an appt to see my doctor but I had to wait almost a week. Miraculously as minutes went by I started to walk better and I didn't have to miss work.That night I was so scare to go to bed that I sleep in an armchair in which I placed many pillows. I only bought ONE bottle to see how it works and I took 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills at night for 15 days. I stop the painkillers the third day because I felt I slight improvement. It has been 2 weeks that I empty out my bottle and I today I wake up with a little pain again so now I will buy more than one bottle and reduce to one pill twice a day. Let see how it works. Primal is truly amazing. I rarely write reviews and waited until I had used half of the first bottle to be sure of consistent results. Background: I am 68, one artificial knee, growing opposite hip issues with osteoarthritis starting in my fingers ( they really only hurt if I go off gluten diet briefly). I had a concern because of the over the counter pain aids I was taking on busy days or to help sleep at night. I am a fan of Dr. William Davis’ books on gluten and low sugar. In his book “Wheat Belly-Total Health pp.230-231 he recommends curcumin and Boswellia. When I decided to search Amazon for anti-inflammatory products, the Primal was the one to offer both curcumin and boswellia so ordered a bottle. I was cautious at first and only took one twice a day to see if it would upset my digestion. Day three I took two in the morning as directed. No problems. On day four after a very busy, stressful ( in a nice way) five hours with my 99 year old Mother, when I got home I didn’t need to rest my legs! My hip pain is way less, never hear from my hands and get more done during the day. I was nervous about giving up the ibuprofen before sleep but finally did so and slept better than ever! Clearly the Primal product is working wonders and I love that it is a natural non-prescription solution. I will keep using this product. Thank you!
