For the price are okay boots. When I first got them, to protect the real imitation leather I use a little bit of saddle soap to soften the leather a bit. But I wasn't expecting us to see a bunch of dirt come off on the rag. I mean this is dirt dirt. Being they are black I guess I don't mind so much but I just wasn't expecting to see all that on my towel after just one application. I normally wear Tony lama or Justin Boots and I needed something in a pinch. Fit true to size for me.

They are very comfortable and beautiful I would recommend them
