Has good adhesive. Thick rubbery texture. Looks like wood trim. Blended well with other trim in the house. The bottom curved lip helped it lay smoothly. Easy application and good value for what I got.

Looks great
Installed this moulding and it turned out great. Sticks really good and I just hope it stands up. Just installed it two days ago and so far so good. You will not be disappointed. Installation is really easy.

This product is great if you don’t have power tools to cut and miter baseboard. It was easy to cut and install. Should be finished off with caulking which helps give a more finished look.
