Great gazebo! Good quality. Built it over 2 days with 3 people. Definitely need at least 2 people, 3 was helpful. The directions can be tricky to understand at times, but manageable. Watched videos online before hand helped as well.

Get ready for 3 days of construction, but believe me it's worth the effort. It took 3 adults 18 total hours to complete the structure. You will need two tall ladders to complete the roof construction as it is much higher than expected, and there is plenty of head room for ceiling fans because of the height. Once the roof is done move on to the panels. Hint, the numbers for the panels are on the bottoms, and you will definitely need to know which ones are which to make things work, don't assume you know which panel goes in what position. The nuts that slide into the track are used to secure the bottom of the panels on the sliding door sides and are tricky to position because you can't see them. Big Hint: My Daughter in Law came up with the idea of using two small drill bits to hold the nuts in position when installing the panel so that they are properly aligned so that the screws can be installed. Again, pay attention to the pictures and don't assume anything. Now, when finished the structure is amazingly sturdy and beautiful, so all of your efforts will be worthwhile. I highly recommend this gazebo.

Well made, quality product...took two of us a total of about 8 hours to completely assemble. Parts were labeled clearly and instructions were pretty clear. Only a few minor parts missing (2 screws and 2 cover plates)

I love this gazebo but I wish I would've gotten the one with the gutters! I meant to but I got in a hurry and didn't read the description and didn't realize that they came without gutters! I also wish I would've purchased the bigger one(12x16) that I was afraid to get bc I didn't think it would fit right but hindsight is 20/20, right? It looks awesome on my deck and I bolted it to the underside of the deck so it is very sturdy and the wind won't blow it away, it would have to be a full on tornado to blow that thing away! Also, the customer service is phenomenal and I would purchase from this company again just based on the customer service!!! They were on it and of course I had a couple missing pieces but they responded to my email same day and shipped out the pieces immediately! Awesome quality, awesome company!!

Not happy that it’s from China, but overall, it’s a very nice building with a bazillion parts. You need at least two people to assemble it. My son is doing it alone. It’s perfect for our spa and our privacy. Wasn’t cheap, but worth it.

We love it. It took several months to get it up as we had to get permits for cement to be poured (thats city regulations for you). But once it was in... It's lovely. And the privacy screens that are over each square of screen are so easy to take on and off. You can take them off during warmer months to let the breeze through and put them back on to cut out most of the wind or rain in the cooler seasons.

Instructions are not clear. They are vague, Holes do not match,Seems very flimsy, Hope it holds up when our monsoons come.
