Love the watch. I bought this for my five -year -old who has a medical history of urinary problems. We purchased it after the physician recommended bladder training with an hourly reminder. She is in school 7 hours each day, so it allows for enough alarms to remind her to go every hour. I like the fact that it has an option to vibrate or ring and also a lock setting. Some of her friends and also herself have tried pushing the buttons but were unaware how to unlock it so the lock option was wonderful!!! Also you can interchange between the alarms in regards to which ones you want to vibrate and which ones you would prefer a ring/chime. She opted for the vibrate so as not to be noticed and it also allows for no distraction to other children.The only reason that I did not give a five star rating is due to the complex nature and really "hard to figure out" instructions. Setting the thing up was a bit too complicated for my liking and almost counter intuitive. The instructions are not user friendly. However, I do plan on buying another one in the future.

Ordered the first one June 9, 2018 for my son who needs to take medication. I was so glad to find a watch that was waterproof and you could "lock out" so the time wouldn't get messed up by a kid touching buttons (as all kids do). The alarm sound was not that loud but the vibration seamed good so I was super happy at first.....The first watch lasted about a month before going dead (it looks like it might have been water intrusion from washing hands). I contacted the company as it was still eligible for a return and they quickly sent out a replacement (I was hopeful and happy with this response).Second problem I found out was the rubber watch bands, since they don't breath they caused my son to have a rash on his skin. I thought this would be an easy fix buy replacing the watch band until I found out that its not a standard 18mm. Your trapped into buying the WobL brand watch band, which I later found out was not quality as it lasted about a week.Now its 5 months later after the replacement, and the "second" watch has died without warning.I wish this was a good product, because there is such a need for a "lock-out" kids watch with an alarm. But if its only going to last a couple months, this is complete junk. I've included a picture of watch number one (the one with the green band) and watch number two (the one with a black band). *The black band was a Maratac Zulu brand strap that I found out was flexible enough to weave through the watch. You'll notice that the screen gets scratched in addition to all of the other issues.

Since there really isn't a watch that does this for less than 100$ I am giving it 5 stars. My son lost his and I'm so happy I didn't spend 100$. There are parents out there that this sort of thing is a life saver for them and their kid (figuratively) for bathroom reminders. This is more discrete than a watch with an alarm, and even those with more than one alarm are hard to come by. I wish this watch was even cheaper. It seems like it SHOULD be 20$. But again I'm looking for other options and there isn't anything out there with good ratings. This watch held up just fine for the 4 months it took us to lose it. The instructions for set up are indeed crazy. My son washes his hands with it on. I just wouldn't go swimming with it. I'm rating it 5 stars so that other parents who may be desperately looking for a something like it know that it does the job. It's totally worth the annoying set up for the features.Edit to Add: So I purchased a replacement after my son lost the other one. The watch started buzzing without stopping and so I called their customer service. I sent her proof of purchase. She said that it should have lasted longer. She is sending me a replacement. EXCELLENT customer service! The other one lasted a really long time with no problems so I don't hold it against the product.

The media could not be loaded.  The idea is fantastic. We however went through 3 of these watches in about 2 months. 1st one wasnt water proof so we upgraded to water proof version and both of those watches just stopped working one day. Unprompted, they went completely blank and just stayed on vibrate until the batteries died. We haven't found a replacement watch that has all the functions this one does but I can't continue to buy and return watches so often. I'd like to see them raise the price point a bit but provide a better, lasting quality watch. If you're a gambler or need it super short term I'd still try it for the unique functions, but keep your expectations low on how long it will last.

Works fine. Alarm is not so easy to set, sort of counterintuitive, be sure to keep your booklet where you can find it. Also, the face is very easily scratched. For a water resistant watch meant for kids to use all day, the face is actually hard to see through after a few days at the pool this summer.

It may be fine if you can figure out how to set it. No instructions. A few months in, the top part of the band broke off :/

Watch has been great. It has multiple alarms which were relatively easy to set and very useful to help my son remember to go to the bathroom. The band was easy to cut down to his small size.But...The face scratches SUPER easily (see pic) and after 3 months it seems the mode button is now broken so I cannot change any settings or the time.

I bought one of these for my active ten year old. It failed to work twice, and was replaced twice. It failed the third time and I missed the return deadline by 11 days. It was a great product while it worked, but the failure rate was too low for me to ever recommend this product.

Great product, only problem was when the product arrived the battery was flat and had to be replaced immediately...luckily had a spare but not expected.

This is the second of these watches I have bought in a couple of weeks and haven both broken. The clear plastic that holds the strap in place snapped on both watches. It’s a shame as the alarms functions were very helpful.

I used this watch to help my 5 year old to stop wetting himself while at school, it is so discreet and my wee boy loves it. Only wished it held more alarms than 9.

Nous avons acheté cette montre pour notre fils qui la porte quotidiennement et qui l'aide beaucoup mais nous sommes très déçus de la qualité du plastique qui s'est cassé sans raison. Le bracelet s'était abimé rapidement mais permettait le port de celle-ci mais là c'est le plastique de la montre qui s'est cassé et qui n'est pas réparable. Je suis décue de la qualité car la montre est très pratique.

Obviously this device is aimed at young children who are toilet training... it is not robust enough for a 3 - 4 year old. First of all the software packed up and we went online for help via Youtube to fix (thank you Youtube). Now the strap has broken due to the attachment to watch face being plastic. Sorry simply not fit for purpose. Bought first week in April 2019 - broken by last week in April 2019... Looked to return it on 7 May 2019 only to see that the period to return said watch ran out on 5th May 2019.
