I was updating some older motorized blinds. The originals had Somfy motors, 1.5" Rollease tubes. Replacing those motors with Somfy motors would have cost at least $165 per motor. I ordered one of these to try, and it worked great. I ordered 4 more to complete the installation. Easier to program than Somfy, 1/3 the cost. A great 5 channel remote. I am very happy with these!

I had a special installation that I wanted to use this motor in and needed some adapters that didn't come with the motors. Rollerhouse customer services worked with me to understand what I needed and then sent me the adapters to get the installation done right. Their responsiveness was outstanding. The motor and remote works great. I highly recommend this company and product.

I purchased Tow of these motors, unfortunately on of them failed after a week, let's pray the other one. I followed up all videos and user guide to troubleshoot but no luck. I contacted the vendor via email, and they never get back to me. very bad service from them...

I purchased three of these over a year ago been using them every day multiple times a day they worked fantastic! They didn't come with a power adapter so I had to buy 1 but I ran all 3 of them into 1 power adapter. I also synced all three of them to one remote and since they each came with their remote I put one remote by my bed one by the door and one on my fridge so I can control them anywhere in the house all at once very convenient as soon as I wake up in the morning I push up and as soon as I go to bed I push down very cool

No power plug like pictured, but it dose say that in the fine print. Remote is difficult to program

We installed three of these in high windows that we couldn’t reach. They work well either singly or in unison. Setting the limits that control how high and low they go was very easy and works well. The seller is definitely foreign and translation is not well done. Measurements listed in the description comparing inches to mm are not always accurate. Use the measurements in inches. The instruction translation to English leaves a bit to the imagination. There are several YouTube videos that will give you a better sense of how to do the install. In our case, the attachment provided for the non motor side wouldn’t work on our shades. We had to hack the existing attachment and then shim it to get it level with the attachment on the motor side.

The motor itself is incredible but for some reason they’ve fitted it with a high pitch buzzer that goes off when it’s moving (it sounds like a reversing lorry) which makes the whole “silent motor” thing pointless & this useless for me
