Night Light Sleep Trainer for Kids - Grey - Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker, Color Changing, Pam The Penguin by ZazuKids

Here's what we did to be successful: (1) We use the name "Pam" to refer to the clock and the kids got attached (2) We let them kiss her goodnight before turning on the nightlight, but don't let them choose (i.e. fight over) the color. We always do pink. (3) This is the most important thing: we don't give them an inch. If they come out of their room before time's up, even if it's by one minute, we quietly ask them to go back to bed, and gently walk them back to bed w/o speaking if they don't go.

All we needed was the sleep functions here - bed time, not yet, and ok to get out of bed colors. Penguin is adorable, liqhting and color options are fun and soft enough and my kiddo really liked the little guy. But one day, maybe a year in if that) it just stopped working. I had read this from several other reviews and should have listed.We have a Zazu Sam the Sleep sleep trainer for one of my other kids, and while the buttons and settings are quirky, we love it, and have had it for years, so I took a chance on this penguin. Waste of $50.

Awesome at first. one is still going along just fine the second one just died. over $60 for 6 months is sad. if this was a $20 device I would be as happy as I was at first. I also want to say USB only plug was real bs had to order a phone charger to plug into just to get both of them up and running which was another $20 down the toilet, at least the amazon basics charger is still going strong and I can have it as an extra in the house.

I received this nightlight and it was defective. It only lit up blue and no other colors worked. But I did call and a replacement was sent out very quickly. This new one works great. I love that I can play music via Bluetooth. I just wish that it could also run off if batteries because my son wants to sleep with it in his bed but he wants it to stay lit all night.

We've only used this one night so far. Getting to bed was great! My son loves the blue tooth feature. We had bedtime stories playing when he went to bed.... but he slept with it all night (he really loved it) and the battery was dead by the morning. Little disappointed in this since the main reason for getting it was for sleep training- and it was pretty pricy. We are going to try a few more nights and I will update if things get better. Otherwise i think this will be going back.

Got this little guy in November and it's already broken (won't turn on). The directions indicated it could be set as a nightlight in one of many colors, but it would only turn blue and a greenish-blue, which is not a good color for sleep. Very disappointed.

I love this, my kids love it! It's dependable, quality. I have sent several of these "toddler clocks" to the trash or sent them back for a refund because they broke or malfunctioned within weeks. But, I can tell Pam is going to be around for a long time!

Love this for my toddler! They know when the penguin turns green you can get up for the day and love that you can play music through it as well. My toddler even tries to sleep with it some nights.

I like that you can choose colour, brightness and set it up that the night light turns off after 60 minutes. What I don't like that you can't lock the setup buttons so if you give it to a baby, it's easy to turn 'the alarm' off for example (happened to us first morning). You can't choose yellow and green light for the morning (I don't mind). You can't set the time intervals for the night light off (1 hour), morning yellow (30 min). I find the speaker totally pointless, we don't use it (it works quite well, not a bad sound for a penguin). And our penguin never charges to full battery, it's always only 2 bars from 3 - but it's enough for a night with light off.Still, better than other products on the market at the moment IMHO (which is quite surprising to me).I think that it would be very nice to have the entire penguin connected to a smartphone and to allow easy setup of timers and colours. That would also remove the buttons which can't be locked now and are therefore quite a big problem.

Wir sind beide wirklich Technik affin...aber beide zu blöd eine Weckzeit einzustellen. Also konnten wir die Uhr nicht testen, obwohl sie optisch zu meinen Favoriten gehört.Unpraktisch ist außerdem das sie auf der zugehörigen Ladeschale stehen muss, die wiederum am Netzteil angeschlossen sein muss. Der Akku hält sonst gerade mal 30 Minuten...

We bought it once and it came broken. It didn’t even turn on. We contacted the seller and they sent us a new one. So far everything’s good. The quality seems good, it’s working fine and the kids love it! Great seller too! I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the 1st Pam we received didn’t work at all.

So I absolutely looooove this product. Since we got it I don’t have anymore a four year old up at 6am but at the time I set (in our case at 7/7.30). BUT it is the second one in not even a year. The first one arrived broken and now the second one stopped working. ZAZU took the phone number off their homepage and they don’t answer on emails. This really is not ok.

Style top, enfant ravi et autonome pour l’utiliser.Mais nécessite une mise en charge quotidienne, l’audio est très basique et le système de boutons/réglage d’une autre époque.
