I used this mount to attach my phone to my Surron handlebars. It worked quite well and even came with a vibration dampener which was not listed on the product details. Its a nice touch to get the damper with it. I used up using a quad lock phone case instead of the included sticky pad and I have had good results thus far. I've done a decent bit of riding with this mount and have not had a single issue yet. My phone locks into place securely and its easy to remove even with gloves due to the nice large release lever.My only complaint is that most of the mount is made from plastic. I was hoping for some more aluminum parts but the plastic they used feels pretty durable. I'm not too worried about this mount breaking on me but aluminum can just stand the test of time a little better than plastic.Overall, this is a good motorcycle phone mount for the price. Mine came with an extra damper attachment which was not mentioned in the product photos and description. It holds my phone securely and works with other quad lock phone cases I have besides the included sticky mount. Good mount, I just wish the whole thing was made from metal.

What a great device. The more I studied it the more I liked it. The instructions don't say anything about an adapter that is enclosed but it is a nifty part. The adapter has rubber pads that minimize the vibration to my phone. Good idea because I have ruined the camera on an iphone due to vibration from my motorcycle.The adapter goes in between the mount assembly. It takes both hex wrenches and takes about a minute to add it. A good product that is compact and not a bunch of moving joints.My only caveat about this product is in general I don't trust glue stick pads to hold my expensive iphone. I did not test the glue stick pad. However, the quadlock phone case fits and locks in place perfectly so I will be using that.
