The media could not be loaded. Product Is Perfect But The Problem is My Laptop Doesn't Connect with this Drive...I Tried but It's Doesn't Work my Laptop..Always Disconnect But Other Laptops and Computer Connection Is Too Good..

Works perfectly, exactly what I wanted
This is a very nice little DVD player for the computer. I have used it mostly for watching DVDs - it has a very clear picture. I also used it to install an old program on CD.

Issue with the product, but good service
The product does not work. I am not able to burn any DVD's. Contacted the support number and they are helpful. They sent me another drive, which is also faulty. We even did a remote session, but the issue remains unresolved. They have the whole lot as faulty. They have already returned the whole lot. I have received my refund. Please contact the seller and inquire about whether they received the good lot or not before buying. Thank you.
