I love the faucet but fight with the touch system. Turn on water, grab sprayer, it turns off.

The faucet is fine, but the touchless aspect (which is why the faucet is expensive) doesn't work and hasn't worked since it was installed. So far, the seller has been responsive although I don't have a solution yet

Love the features of the faucet the spray and plate clean are excellent. The company also has great customer service if you have to call for any issues.

This faucet talks a lot about technology -and I'll give them that. The touch-on and touch-off function is actually useful. Knowing the temperature range of the water based on a ring of color is helpful for not scalding your hand. But the bottom line for me was, THIS IS A REALLY GOOD LOOKING, SOLIDLY MADE, AND HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL FAUCET. Installation is straightforward and easy enough that I - who shrink from most handyman tasks - was able to install and set it up in 25 minutes. The directions were clear, and the box included everything I needed for the installation. No missing washers, screws, or trim pieces. If you can put together an Ikea table, you can do this. It was able to be installed in place of the existing faucet, which used a single hole like this one. It looked very neat, and the pre-connected pipes made screwing in the water sources easy. This thing just looks high-end! The brushed nickel color and texture happened to match up with the brushed nickel pulls on my kitchen drawers and cabinets much better than the old chrome faucet that was there before. I noticed immediately that there is enough texture to not pick up fingerprints. The high arc of the spout means it is great for filling just about any pot or bucket you can put in your sink. And is has a great extending hose that you can easily use to extend past the sink for tasks like watering plants on a windowsill above the sink, filling a mop bucket, or rinsing dishes. The sprayer is excellent. Water pressure is quite a bit higher than the previous faucet. The stream mode fills things quickly without a lot of side-spray, spray mode is great for cleaning dishes, and the sweep mode really amps up the pressure for cleaning sink surfaces and washing mess down the drain. As far as function, it works as it should. On is on, off is off. No drips, no leaks. If you extend the hose, it will retract back to where it should be. The action of the control rod allows you to manage hot-cold and high-lo pressure in a single place. It doesn't rattle or glitch during movements. The technology - 1) The touch on, touch off works like magic and is very easy to trigger with the back of your hand or forearm while you are holding something. This makes it easy to keep the faucet clean from stuff you have on your hands. I'm used to a lot of touch-sensitive triggers being hard to turn on OR, easy for other things to trigger than your skin. This one doesn't. The first time I was able to fill a pasta pot while holding the pot by both handles and the turn the water off without letting go, I was sold. 2) The ring of LED light showing you the relative temperature of the water is convenient, and helps with safety. It lacks the accuracy of LED digits, but it also doesn't look like silly over-tech like digits do.It reacts quickly to temperature changes and always works for me. Downsides? I started out not liking the "spring" around the spout, but it grew on me. It gives you good control of the sprayer and the extension hose. In the end, I like it. Overall - if you are looking for a faucet that looks good and offers great functionality and JUST ENOUGH technology to make it useful without being gimmicky, I highly recommend this faucet.

I love the sprayer. It has 3 ways to use it and is powerful enough to blow all the stuff off your plate. The directions could be easier but aftet reading them and looking at all the parts a couple times I got it. We did not install the touch mechanism. We only had two batteries that fit and.I wanted to get it installed ASAP. It goes together so easy. Everything is labeled and.the hoses just snap together. My only problem is with the nut to tighten it down. The instructions don't explain it so it was trial and error to get it tight. Because it uses screwd to do the final tightening, the basin wrench didn't work right. The screws are in the way of the.basin wrench. I considered removing the screws, then tightening the large nut and reinserting the screws but it is so cramped up there I opted to try it with the screws in place. The screws do the final tightening, which is really a great idea. Perhaps they should include a custom wrench to tighten the large nut. I love it. It works great.

Had our plumber install so far no issues. Easy to use works great for busy cooks.

This kitchen faucet has a beautiful appearance and is well-made. I can feel it by the heavy weight. There are no defects anywhere, and the finish is flawless. Installation is not hard, just follow instructions and should be no problem. I hired a plumber but he said it was no problem and easy to install. The faucet is easy to use and only requires a tap to turn it on. It moves easily and without resistance from side to side. The water power led light is impressive and I got a lot of compliment on it. The neck's spring returns forcefully. All things considered, this faucet looks fantastic and works well; I would recommend it.
