These are better than ones previously purchased at M&S in my opinion and BRITSH MADE too!!!!!!! Difficult to purchase old fashioned Slips for elderly Ladies who like wide shoulder strap and not a thin ribbon. Purchased for my 'hard to please' 90 + year old Mother and was very afraid of the hassle that would follow after fitting them on her but NO, pleasantly surprised with quality, fit, cut and fabric so would totally recommend for elderly Lady. Fit was perfect to the size 16 ordered and sensible not too long length for someone who is a foot shorter than when young! Washes well and certainly anti static. If all items purchased were as bang-on as these life would be less stressful!

Beautiful garment and great length to my knees (at 5ft 2ins). Very pretty and good quality with the shoulder straps that bit wider which I by far prefer to the flimsy spaghetti straps. What better recommendation than to state that I would happily re-purchase. I just wish that there were a couple of pretty pastel colours to choose from.

This was surprisingly a reasonably good quality product for the price. It fits nicely and has a little nice detail around edging. It is not flimsy and works perfectly for me when wearing a dress that is a little clingy, it smooths the dress away from the body. I am very impressed with it and do not think the price could be matched anywhere with this quality.

Whilst the waist and hips fitted very well, the cut of the cups left me looking horribly flat and saggy with odd angular nipples. At 41 with 2 children I can honestly say I am no longer the perky teen/ 20 something that never needed support , however this left me feeling quite disfigured. It is marginally better, however, than the ribbon strap option which is so so wrong on every count.

I bought the ribbon strap, fitted bust style. I found it was too small and I think should have ordered a more simple style to better fit my older figure. So I have returned it without wearing it and I am waiting for a refund.

Product arrived carefully packaged wrapped in pink tissue and bubble wrap. The only disappointment is the fit. It is nit true to size. I am 12-14 so ordered a 14 to be sure. I struggled to get it over my shoulders and then stood their looking like a well packed sausage.

This is cheaply made the seams are not finished smoothly so the bust area has sharp points ar the top of the dart. I returned the first one as it was not a correct 16. The replacement was so u satisfactory that I put it in the bin.

When I tried these slips on, I found that they were fairly tight to pull over my head and when over my body they were firm. I consequent returned them for a refund.
