Q: how do you get cream out of the 90 second eye proctor I turned it on open and nothing comes out?

I usually can open mine easily. Be sure that a tiny square of plastic fits into the tunnel above it. Then, slowly pump it until the eye cream appears. You don't want to do it rapidly, because when it finally comes out, it may come out with a surprise burst! It is a bit difficult to explain. Let me know if these directions help and it works!!
