The media could not be loaded. Purchased this tv in July 2024 and after using it for around 5 months now, I can say that it's a really good TV. After doing so much research I finalized this tv over other brands like Sony samsung lg TCL acer etc. others are offering similar features at higher price. But this tv came in just around 20.5k.Pros:- Best picture quality- looks premium in the room- most amazing part is sound is loud, clear and balanced. Never faced audio issues like other TVs. In other TVs either music is good but not loud enough or bass is too much that you can't watch movies with clear sound. We were thinking of having speakers and hometheater but dropped that idea after having this tv as the sound is good, loud and best- installation was quick and easy- UI is really good. Never hangs even while playing Dolby vision 4k HD videos- Gets regular software updates- remote is sleek and has better button replacement than other tv remotes- customer care called me after 2 months to take my feedback about tv. Such things don't exist in today's world. Felt good that customer care actually caresI had already used or seen mi tv(parents have one), redmi tv(brother have one), acer tv(friend has this), sony tv(cousin has this), TCL tv(another friend has this), OnePlus tv(one friend has this). , so I had experience with tvs of all these companies... They have issues like low sound, bad picture quality, software hanging, tv getting slow after a few months even if updated etc.... after enough comparisons and experience I can say that Kodak tv is best and worth the amount you spend.Go for this tv if on low budget like me. It's worth every penny.

Design & Build Quality:The TV has a sleek and premium design, thin bezels, and looks amazing on my wall. It fits perfectly in my Bedroom setup. The build quality feels strong and durable.Picture & Sound Quality:The 4k resolution is crystal clear because the tv is QLED and it has dolby vision and colors are vibrant. I’ve watched Netflix, YouTube, and even some cricket matches everything looks sharp.Sound-wise, it’s pretty good for a built-in speaker. Clear vocals and decent bass, not required any soundbar beacuse It has Digital Dolby sound.Smart Features & OS:Its a Google tv, which is very smooth and easy to use. The remote is super convenient, and the app store has everything and provide all the useful apps which are required.WiFi connectivity is stable, and I’ve never had a lag while streaming.Frame Rate :TV comes with 60 Hz Frame Rate which is useful to play games smoothly , It has MEMC technology ehich controls every motion perfectly while playing Games.Product Details :Kodak UHD QLED 65" TV.

Disappointed with Kodak TV and Poor After-Sales ServiceI purchased a Kodak TV from Amazon in July 2024. Initially, the performance seemed decent for the price, but just a few months later, the TV completely stopped working and won’t switch on at all.I contacted Kodak customer care for a warranty claim, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. Calls are either not answered or disconnected from their side. After finally managing to raise a complaint, they said the issue was with the board and it needed replacement — but it's taking far too long. There's been no clear update or resolution even after multiple follow-ups.This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable, especially when the product is still under warranty. I expected better support from a brand like Kodak. Definitely reconsidering this brand for any future purchases.

Overall the TV quality is good and working fine. Its been more than 2 months and till now we have found no issues. The only concern is the Remote Control that has not been working since day 1. Multiple emails were exchanged and a spare new remote was also sent bit still same concern. But the good thing is we can operate TV via Google TV. Except that picture quality and audio quality is good. One more concern that was observed is it does not detect pendrive data. So if we have any data in pendrive it will not detect it. Rest all is good.

Really a good TV, using it since 8 months or so... Picture & sound clarity is good, connectivity, screen mirroring is good too.

Sound quality and picture quality is amazing.. Good performance.
