Tastes good overall but still Kombuchalike!
Having had tried various brands of bottled Kombucha, I was extremely curious as to how this Kombucha powder mix would taste. Now having tried, it I would say this is a very fruity strawberry tea flavor and does taste great for what it is but unfortunately it doesn't have all of the Kombucha taste and properties I've come to enjoy. This is still a very good tasting fruity strawberry drink if marketed as such, but it doesn't have the other tangy and vinegar-like tastes in addition to the fizzies associated with real Kombucha. At the current price point per serving and taste, this is still a very good drink along with really good probiotic ingredients but just not what I had expected if being marketed as Kombucha.

Good Mix Of Pre & Probiotics
This Kombucha Tea mix has a palatable berry flavor with a good mix of pre & probiotics. It dissolves in water but we use our milk frother to mix it up. We also blend it into our kefir for an added boost. It comes with a serving scoop in a resealable bag.MY PERSONAL COMMENTS:I am an approved Amazon Vine Member. We are provided the opportunity to order (free of charge) many items that are new to the market, or where a seller just wants some additional exposure for their product. We are NOT required to review every item in exchange for using it. I personally only order products that are important to me (and/or my wife), items I can use or items that I have the ability to properly test (I have lots of test equipment). So from that use/testing I can provide an honest evaluation & review (and not always a 4 or 5 star) based upon my use and testing of the product. Thanks…and feel comfortable with any information I provide in a review.

Smells like Emergen-C, just OK
We do like kombucha in this household and this is the first time we've tried powdered kombucha. In a nutshell, it's drinkable but not amazing, must buy again, and bemoaning the small (27 serving) size of the bag. It's OK.Pros• Not too sweet and it's sweetened with the apple• Lightly tart - probably from the vitamin C added• Comes with small measuring scoop for correct mixing• No issues with drinking all the probioticsCons• Expected serving size is 3-4 oz water per rounded tablespoon of powder. So it's more like a daily health drink than "yum, kombucha". Like a soluble fiber dose in the morning.• With all the instructions about how to prevent clumping, you know you'd better pay attention or…it's going to clump. I didn't think it would with adding powder to a couple of ice cubes and a little water for a 2nd serving, but it sure did! Powder, then a little bit of water, stir like crazy, and THEN you can add more water.Notes:• No carbonation, so if you want it fizzy you need to mix with sparkling water. (Oh, but watch out, that seems to have extra warnings around clumping)• Smells like Emergen-C to me and has the same kind of dry, vitamin-C mouthfeel. Doesn't feel like a refreshing drink.• Unclear if this is freeze dried kombucha, or if there is any powdered SCOBY involved in making this. Tried to find it on their website too, not clear.• Not as pink as the photo, more apple-cider brown.

It's okay, for what it is.
This is what I'd like to call a kombucha-adjacent tea beverage, in that it doesn't really taste like kombucha specifically but does bring the idea of kombucha to mind when drinking it. I do like the ingredients; they're simple and straightforward, and the manufacturer opted not to add any sweetener at all to it. That last part is really important to me, as I don't necessarily want artificial sweeteners (or sweetener at all) in my beverages. This allows the buyer to make a choice, which I really appreciate. The taste is mild; the packaging suggests adjusting the quantity of powder to ones own flavor preference, and I definitely found myself needing to add more powder to get to a taste that met my expectations. It's not bad, just mild. I definitely won't get 24 servings out of this, though, as I do use more than the directions call for.I can't speak to the probiotic content or value, but your nutritionist could probably tell you whether this is something you should incorporate into your own diet. For me, this is reasonably good stuff, although if offered the choice between actual kombucha and this, I'd probably pick the actual kombucha, but this is a decent, convenient alternative.

I’m shocked that I really like this
This is my first time trying anything kombucha I like that it has good health benefits, and a good flavor. It was easy to mix and I actually enjoyed drinking it. I am quite shocked by how good the flavor is it seems to be good quality and was fresh upon arrival and is a decent price point

Kombucha'esque
Resealable plastic pouch containing 8 ounces of kombucha drink powder. Recommended dose is to mix 1 tablespoon of powder into 4 ounces of water. Bag is good for 24x individual servings. Taste is decent but if you're used to actual kombucha it doesn't quite hit the mark. Flavor profile is lacking in the expected sour/vinegar notes and the berry extracts makes it more akin to a fruit juice blend type of beverage.

Tastes like wild strawberry
This is sold as a powdered kombucha, but it’s more like a dried fruit and probiotic blend. It has none of the sour tang of kombucha, and none of the effervescence. I used an electric whisk to mix it, as it was very clumpy with just a twirl, and there was a 3/4” foam on the top. Powders often do this, and sometimes it’s not the good part, but with this it was just foam. It blends fine with the milk foamer, but a spoon would probably leave lumps. The flavor is very pleasant, like a wild strawberry, with a yogurt-like creaminess from the probiotics. It is refreshing. I like that it doesn’t use artificial colors. The price is about $1-$1.50 per serving, which is similar to or a little more than other drink mixes. It’s a fair value. The contents seemed very fresh.

For my body
Taste really good and super simple to mix in small bottles with water. Need to use it longer to report on digestive benefit, but so far so good.
