Easily Rips!
I opened the vacuum packed bag and then slowly and carefully began to unroll it as it is somewhat stuck to itself. Right at the last layer to unroll it ripped about a 5 inch tear. I'm so disappointed. Otherwise it's a great mattress. The thickness is good. The size accurate. Sleeps great my hips did not ache all night. Notified Amazon and they took care of me.

99 year elderly mother is sleeping in for the first time in two years. Keeps her Warm.
She does have a little problem getting in the bed due to the extra softness but we can add a stool if we need to. I am so excited to get a cup of coffee in me before she awakes. They need to make recliner sizes too she says. She is always cold.

Smells like heaven
The lavender smell you can smell from down the hallway and I am very excited. It was super easy to take out of the box and I just set it in the middle of the bed shimmied off the plastic and the thing practically unfolded itself. It’s not even that heavy either unlike some of the other ones I have.Update: is much harder than I thought it was and honestly, I was a little bit sore. The lavender smell lasted like the first night and I don’t smell it anymore like super strong.It is extremely difficult to get back in the box. I’m trying my best. I’m hoping I didn’t just light $80 on fire.

4 inch mattress pad
Came very quick, Unrolled out if the plastic and it inflated in a matter of 5-10 minutes. No rips, flat parts, literally 0 imperfections so far. I recommend putting a cover with a zipper over it because you wont get those sweat stains as quickly. If you own one of these im sure you are aware that these are practically impossible to clean unless you went somewhere specifically made to clean things like this. Thats where the cover comes in. This is my first night using it and so far it has made my bed much taller and fuller. It is a bit hard because it hasnt been broken in yet but i will update on how this effects my back and neck pain, and i will explain how it feels compared to other mattress pads and if it is worth 80 some dollars. nov 15th 2023
