Very cute, tricky installation
We bought this light for our son's room. The whale itself was easy to assemble and very very unique and adorable. The light fixture part was a bit trickier, for example the screws weren't long enough to reach through the cap to ceiling mount. Anyway, a trip to the hardware store for some longer screws and a bit of experimentation and the job got done. Not too bad but also not straightforward to install as some other lamps we've gotten.The end result is super duper cute though, we are very happy with the purchase. The light can be a little dim because of the wood, so you'll need to use higher wattage or supplement with reading lights around the room, which is what we did. Son calls it his "sleepy whale light" :)
