A good quality foot butter, smells divine and certainly relaxes. I like that they are an ethical company too.

Highly recommend. Very natural beautiful scent and rubs in well. Definitely soothing at bed time. It is more expensive than other brands but worth the price for the above reasons. 5*

I thought I’d try the cream as I’ve have some stress at the moment and not sleeping. I’ve used it 4 times so far and 2 out of the 4 nights I’ve slept through the night. I shall see how it goes. The texture is strange, it’s oily so I wear socks in bed and it’s also a little gritty but once rubbed in feels nice. The lavender smell is delightful not too strong but doesn’t last long enough for me. It would be nice to have other organic smells too. Would I buy again? as quite expensive for the size pot, time will tell.

Very nice product with lovely texture and pleasant smell which is not too overpowering. The ritual of applying it and the scent alone help me fall asleep. Feels luxurious as opposed to some alternatives and probably worth the extra money in my opinion. Will repurchase.

So I bought my first pot from here as I wanted to guarantee prime delivery times!! My son really struggles to settle and sleep and hates lavender so I got the “fragrance free” but it actually has a smell and it is rancid. My husband said it smells like manure. Texture is grainy too!HOWEVER, I really wanted this to work and assumed the smell was a natural. I bought another one direct from the website and this pot is a luxurious feeling, smooth cream with a very subtle smell. Not rancid, not manure. I’ve since read reviews with complaints about a bad batch of product. I must have been a victim of this bad batch first time round. If I ever got that again I would send it back.Has it helped with sleep? Who knows if it could work being rancid. Hopefully we will now get to see a benefit in the coming week or two with this new pot.

I'll be honest, I didn't expect this to work. Our 14-month-old has never slept well and we were at our wit's end when a friend recommended this to us. We started this at the start of March and by the end of the month he is now sleeping through the night six out of seven nights. It could be down to the magnesium butter or it could be other changes that we made. We weren't very scientific - we threw the kitchen sink at it to try and get him to sleep! He is teething intermittently and we transitioned him to one nap as well. Whether this is working or not, he's sleeping now and the foot rub with this butter is a really lovely part of the bedtime routine. Plus the smell is lovely.

Reading the reviews, I thought this would be the answer to perimenopausal insomnia. But, sadly it didn’t work for me. Been using it for 3 weeks now, and haven’t noticed a difference like others report. The creams a bit grainy, but smells pleasant, although I could have paid a fraction of the price if smell is all I wanted. More fool me for falling for a brand that proclaims it is the answer to a good nights sleeps. It may work well for others, but did nothing for me. Not worth the £26.

I was originally sceptical that this could work and improve my sleep, but it really does work. I have a Garmin watch that monitors sleep, stress heart rate etc and there has been a marked improvement. Not only that but my partner who applied this to the soles of my feet for me has had an improvement also via it being applied by his palms. I definitely recommend and will be buying more.
