This is actually the 2nd pair of these sandals I've bought — the first pair was beige! I'm a 79 year old woman who is overweight and has arthritis and possibly drop foot on my right side leaving me with a weaker right ankle. A few months ago I took a tumble down the stairs and wound up moving to Assisted Living. For awhile I tried different shoes. The Merrill’s were good, but too grippy. Skechers were good — at least no shoe laces to come undone to trip me and did give me some arch support (I have high arches and have always been a klutz). So I tried these sandals — no cramped toes). They're absolutely marvelous! Not only good arch support, they also support my ankles quite well (I wear a wrap-around brace on my right ankle). I swear my ankles are healing after wearing slides the last few years all the time in my previous apartment! After just a few weeks, I wound up ordering a second pair of these in the blue! Also, surprisingly I found that the strap going on top of my foot actually doubles back onto the side — sometimes they’re too short with my high arches! Now, most of the time I feel more secure walking (with a walker, of course) with hardly any fear of falling! I'm even thinking of buying a third pair in the near future and of trying another of Oncai's sandles! I strongly recommend these sandals which have given me my life back and are reasonably priced!

These are the best, supportive sandals I have ever owned. I have a heel spur with plantar fasciitis and this allows me to walk like a normal person without pain. It’s like walking on a cloud. I really wish I can find an equivalent for tennis shoes, and business shoes.

Theses sandals are first of all awesome looking. They fit my feet so well and I even went down to a size 6 because they didn't have 61/2. The velcro straps actually are perportioned just right usually I have a long strap dangling and these actually fit. I have only wore them a couple of hrs a day so far no issues. The real issue will be how they do after about 5 hrs on my feet will let ya know. I love everything about these sandals worth the money to me.

Was looking for sneakers or sandals I could wear with plantar fasciitis and these fit the bill. My foot pain went away the first I wore them and stayed gone. They are very comfortable and feet don’t get hot.

I decided to keep them. I saw in the reviews that they run a little smaller, but I decided to take a chance and order my regular size. They are huge, and , what's more - large. So my feet look like duck feet. They are good quality and very light, they get nicely adjusted on the foot, but they are not elegant. I am a woman, and my shoes suppose to be sexy, not like that!

This shoe is really comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised because it is not a very expensive shoe. What I don't know is how long it will actually last, time will tell. It is very adjustable and therefore I had no blisters. I take my dogs for a walk, about a mile and they support my feet. I do have planter fasciitis, and I feel the closed but open construction, supports the side of the foot. It's very hot where I live so I appreciate some of the openness. Overall, I would probably buy the shoe in another color. I'm not exactly crazy about the way the shoe looks, but it is comfortable. I would give the shoe five stars for comfort and construction but 4 stars for its appearance.
