I like the size and weight of this handheld sewing machine. The stitches are tight and consistent. Much better than I can do by hand! I still have a learning curve to get the knots in place at the end of the stitches but I am confident I'll be able to do so with the tools provided in the kit: great little snips, needle nose tweezers, two styles of needle threaders - one is probably to help with the knots LOL - 4 extra spools, an extra needle, tape measure and some safety pins to hold your fabric where you want to stitch. I'm looking forward to knocking out my mending with ease and speed!

I really wanted this to work well. I hem my daughter’s pants often and could use it for dance costumes. However, it was very try difficult to thread and every single time I tried to sew anything it came unthreaded. Also, the stitching popper right out. Sadly, going to return it.

Perfect for an emergency. Would not recommend as a permanent solution.

Poor Quality. Put in 4 AA batteries and fully charged and nothing, doesn't work. I would return it but I couldn't get my batteries out so I took a hammer and got them out. I learned my lesson on this one. Save your money.

I haven’t used this yet so it’s very difficult to give it a rating but I will say it looks very well-made and everything that’s supposed to be with it is with it. I read the pamphlet and it looks like it’s very easy to use after I use it, I will rate it again.

Such a cute little machine! I don't know why I thought it was going to be bigger, it does say "portable”! But even with it's small size, it's pretty mighty. My daughter is learning to sew, and likes to do her “crafts” on the go, so this is perfect for her. It comes with so many things to Help you get started as well: 4 additional spools of thread (red, white, black and blue), special scissors, measuring tape, threader and what looks to be an extra needle (haven't opened it yet just in case, don't want to lose it). It's not very loud, and uses 4 AA batteries OR you can have it plugged in with a usb charger (cord included, but need a base, and it's not very long). As long as the project isn't too large, it works very well.
