We take magnesium to help relax and sleep. This formula has so many different types of magnesium. I don't actually know if it matters, but it does help us relax at bedtime. I have also noticed it helps with muscle cramping. The capsules are pretty standard in size and shape, in my opinion, and are fairly easy to swallow.

This is a good value. The pills are a little bigger than other magnesium capsules, but that's not an issue for me. No aftertaste, so that's good. I only take 1 a day as I don't need 'that' much magnesium added into my diet, so it makes it an even bigger value, lasting longer.

Please do your own reading and research. Also, I have not had any negative reactions to this supplement and am very pleased. For me, it is a great value.

This product arrived undamaged and sealed. The capsules are in good shape as well. I love that I can take all these forms of magnesium in an easy capsule form. I am able to not only sleep better after taking these, but I feel an increased sense or relaxation and calm which in turn helps me sleep better and for longer.

I have been taking magnesium for quite a few years now. It definitely seems to help with my sleep as well as some leg cramp issues. After doing some different research, I’m finding out to receive the best benefits from magnesium you really should be taken multiple forms of it. So many supplements out there are limited to just one or two forms. This product has 10! Absolutely love that. They have 10% of each type of magnesium in this product. It is my understanding, however, that some magnesium is easier absorbed into your body than others so I do wish those particular types were a little higher. Still I like the variety of magnesium in this product. Give it a try.
