1) Physical:- I got the unit manufactured in September,2018 only.- The packaging from the manufacturer is very sturdy. The main unit with power cord and two attachments are in seperate plastic bags. The box contains user's manual and a warranty card.- The product feels quite heavy in hands which tells about the good quality of parts and materials used in making it. The plug, power cord,on/off button and filter removal knob are easy to operate and of good quality.2) Performance:- The noise of the fan doesn't hurt ears,it's pretty normal.- The suction of the product is very powerful 👌- It sucked all the dust and small stones from driver-side mat in just 2 minutes so I guess it would take maximum of 20-30 minutes to clean 4 seater cars.- The junction of nozzle and main unit is very precise so none of the debris would come out of the machine. Plus the nozzle has a rubber diaphragm at its entrance so when you suck the dust it will open and let the debris enter it,at the same time when you turn off the machine this diaphragm will shut the nozzle close so no debris would fall back into the car. This is pretty intelligent mechanism. So there is no spillage of debris at all.- Use two attachments wisely as per their indications.3) Cleaning:- Just remove the nozzle from main unit after pressing the knob.- Clean main unit with a microfiber cloth only,never use water for cleaning electric part,a common sense!- Gently remove HEPA filter from the nozzle,tap it gently on a soft door mat until no dust comes off it. As instructed to me by customer care,to maintain the full year lifetime of HEPA filter and even to increase it just dry clean it,avoid using water as water reduces life of filter and fitting of the filter is also affected after washing.- Wash plastic part with very mild detergent and water,dry them with microfiber cloth and let all them dry in a shadowed place before reassembling them.- Gently put HEPA filter inside nozzle and attach them to main unit for next use.4) Storage:- A good quality fabric bag is provided for transport purpose.5) Customer Support:- Post-sale customer support is as equal as the quality of the products and Ratnesh International is upto that mark.- They have responded to me promptly and in-detail whenever I raised a query regarding the usage,cleaning and care of the product. They selflessly give me advice about how to handle the product and increase the life of the product.- The product comes with one year in-box warranty which is very confident of a car vacuum cleaner and says about the quality and service of the product.- Instead of running after foreign based brands,go for RNG Eko Green Car Vacuum Cleaner which is not only an Indian brand but you easily get better product and service as compared to other brands.

Hi Guys,I bought this product on Friday and paid 100/- extra for one day delivery, but I dint received it by Saturday. I m bit upset on that part. I thought Saturday and Sunday would be a off. so I took it light.Coming to the important point. about the product. " RNG EKO Green 12V/150W High Power Wet/Dry Car Handheld Vacuum Cleaner (White)" Its juts looks exactly what you see it in picture.Nice and good looking product. bit hulky in hand but that's ok as long as its delivering its Job and it does.What I felt was, its produces huge sound while sucking the dirt from your car (it feels like sucks your car battery power).Overall, what I can say is that.,Pros:1) Good One to clean your car like soft dusts ( small stones, piece of tissues, hairs)2) a very good length wire is provided, it reaches to trunk area(boot)cons:1) Huge sound( decent enough for this money)2) Not much quality in plastic.

This product was good when I purchased and worked for couple of months well however you can’t use this product intenselyI had to stopped after 7-8 min every time while cleaning my cars interior and that was consuming too much time and energyLater after 4-5 months this product heated and stopped workingIf you are buying this ensure you understand that it’s not heavy one that professional use, it’s meant for light use of 5 min cleaningRest suction pressure was ok not great but easy to use and clean

6 star. 1 star extra.After lot of research on the reviews of different products and manufacture finaly I have decided to purchase RNG EKO Green by Ratnesh International though there are many cheap products are available in Amazon.I am happy now that my decision was correct.Now talking about the product.1) Other than main unit there are 2 attachments (one for brushing and one to reach the corners) and a nice bag to keep all this in a organised way. Wire is long enough to reach every part of the car even in the car trunk.2) Good quality plastic. Strong built. Seems it will last long.3) Great suction power. Most of the battery operated vaccum cleaner doesnot have that much suction power. Sands and dusts are picking up very easily and quickly like AC operated machine. Just have to run the nozzle on the surface.Thanks to Ratnesh International for such a beautiful product which I was looking for long time but could not fix up my mind because of bad reviews and comments on many such battery operated vaccum cleaner.Last of all those who want to purchase a vaccum cleaner for their car, just close your eyes and go for this one. I can tell you that you will not be disappointed. But be sure to purchase from Ratnesh International. Don't go for cheaper chinease one. That may not work.
