Perfect foam roller. Super quality.
Foam quality is very nice. Very light in weight. Compact to carry in back pack. And the result is awesome after use.

Be careful with the size
It's good , only thing is 30cm is going to be too small for adults. Hence would suggest plz go for 45cm

Good not soft not too hard
I ordered this foam roller for my knee exercise after surgery. It's ok but not soft enough. Its hard but can be pressed by apply power. It good for back and hip. I found little big in diameter and having problems to perform some exercises. Overall I'd ok product
