This is the second pair I bought because my puppy ate the first pair. They were so good and so comfortable that I replaced them immediately as well as three other styles. I bought these in August, I just opened them as usual today and the joint cracked. I called Peepers customer service, where Kelley immediately offered to send out a new pair to me. The customer service was excellent, as is their glasses. I will remain a longtime customer.
