Paid this amount to fix the light on the wall only for it not to work....useless...can't connect with WiFi.....sooo disappointed

I bought this because I am making everything Alexa enabled in our home and decided to get something fun for my son's room. We got the lights hung up easily, however, after a few hours, we noticed the lights weren't working and found that it had snapped off close by where it connects. I can't figure out how to fix it or if I can even fix it and I don't have time to mess with it anymore. The idea is great, but the quality is not so great....Updated to say the sellers reached out and have offered me a refund or replacement. I really appreciate their customer service and will shop with them in the future.

I was very happy with these in the beginning, they went up easy and were so bright. My daughter loved them! Then the wire that connects to the box became loose, and one strip stopped working. Fiddled with it for a while but it won't work. We are very disappointed.

These lights worked good for a little while the app didn’t work the best for my phone the light quality was amazing

These work great! The brightness can be adjusted and they look super fun even when viewing them down the street. I got these so I could turn the lights on without my husband waking up. They are going to double as some very fun Halloween lighting up in that room given they have so many settings!
