I bought the 85" and have been very impressed with this TV. I agree with comments about the picture quality, both for TV and for art mode. FWIW, at normal brightness, it's obvious that the "art" is on a screen. But if you turn the brightness down in art mode, it looks much more realistic.I was also pleased to see that there are hundreds of art options available. It may take time for them to load onto your TV after you set it up. I would guess hundreds were added to our library over the first night.Unpacking and setup weren't that bad, but it did take me a couple of hours. You will definitely need more than one person to hang this TV on the wall. The most tedious part was hanging and leveling the wall brackets. There is a template in the packaging that is very helpful.As far as things that could be better, I'd start with the sound. I've read several reviews praising the sound quality, but I don't find it that impressive. Voices sound muffled and music doesn't seem to have much depth. It feels like I'm listening to music on a giant phone. I will probably buy additional audio equipment to pair with the TV.Also, this beast of a TV (around 108 lbs) hangs on two wall brackets. The instructions clearly call for anchoring 4 lag bolts on each plate into solid studs or masonry (no drywall anchors!). The instructions further acknowledge that standard stud spacing is 16" to 18". But the plates are 12" wide. So, unless you're fortunate enough to have tighter stud spacing, you'll only be able to anchor two of the four lag bolts into a stud. It would be great if they'd either make one large plate or make both plates long enough that you actually have a chance at landing all the bolts on a stud. As it is, I'd have to cut my wall open to add extra studs.Finally, it would be nice if there was a way to search through the artwork for artists or by the name of a particular work. Currently, the art that comes with the TV is classified into four categories (landscapes, modern, still life, and other) and it takes a lot of time to scroll through the options.Overall, I'm happy with this TV. The picture quality is awesome, but the 85" is huge. In hindsight, I kind of wish I would have gotten the 75". It's in a really big room, but I don't think the extra width (9 inches) has made that much of a difference in the viewing experience, especially for the difference in cost ($600 as I write this).

Love this TV! The interface is great and easy to use along with the remote (very nice and sleek). The picture quality is fantastic. We went into Best Buy and looked at this TV and the Samsung side by side and we thought this had a clearer picture. Also love that there isn’t a monthly subscription! Color quality is vivid. We haven’t noticed any lag, it’s been super responsive.

We've had this TV over a month and love it! Easy to set up and user friendly. Picture is clear with no glare as promised and we love the frame and art options. Would definitely recommend!

We love our tv and have zero complaints. The picture is great, the price was great and there is even a remote control finder option on it.It was cheaper than the Samsung and had excellent reviews, which is why we originally got it, but it has exceeded expectations. Quality is excellent and it really looks like a picture frame.

The media could not be loaded. This Hi-Sense Canvas TV is very well made. Elegant and thin bezels and high quality magnetic snap-on frame. It arrived carefully packaged, free of damage. Installation and setup was simple and straightforward following the self-explainatory manual. Probably the only time consuming part was ensuring the TV hanging frame is centerly aligned (left-right and top-bottom), and then finding the studs behind the mounting wall. In my case, there was no studs; so I had to use drywall anchor.The TV image is beautiful with great color, brightness and contrast, especially in Canvas Mode. Settings are simple yet many image and sound adjustment/fine tuning can be made. The TV already has plenty of apps preloaded, and more apps can be downloaded uaing the app store.Overall, a great product, much more value worthy than the more expensive Samsung Frame TVs.

Overall we are greatly impressed with the picture quality, and the easy operation of the tv. Compared to its competitor, this tv is much easier to navigate and find what you need. The color and anti-glare screen truly impress. The sound is above average but could be improved a bit.One downside to the design is the bevel on the bottom for the remote signal. You would think it is a picture frame, until you see the bevel that sticks down about 3/8 inch on the side.After measuring out the proper location for my outlet to match with the recess on the back of the tv, installation was a breeze. It hung just like a canvas.The major downside to the install is this requires a very deep recessed outlet in order to sit flush against the wall as it is intended. I installed a 1 inch recessed outlet and it still wasn’t enough because the electric plug pushed the tv back. Hi-Sense should have put a smaller plug or one with an elbow like other manufacturers, but instead they put a normal straight plug which keeps the tv from going flush. In order to remedy this either install a very deep recessed outlet, or procure a different tv cable which has a smaller or elbow plug (which is what I did and it worked great)All in all after overcoming the power cable issue, we were very impressed with our purchase!

I love this TV!!! I have had it for months now and it is one of my favorite purchases. The artwork is updated often and from extensive collections. The Google TV is integrative with all of my devices and easy to operate. The picture quality is bright and colors are amazing. We had an electrician run wires inside the wall from an outlet below so we have a super clean appearance and it looks like a beautiful work of art hanging on our wall. Best purchase ever!
