Honestly, I've just recently been introduced to this product, by a close friend of mine. This is my reason for trying this out in my supplement journey. Whether this product works or not, at reducing oxalates in my system, I do not know. However, it seems to be a well made product and clear ingredients. I have seen oxalates in the health news recently so thought I would see what this supplement is all about. It is new to me. From the label, it contains oxalate binding calcium citrate and malate. It does have some fillers too like talc and it is a tablet. I prefer capsules so not sure if I would get this again but glad to try it. There are 120 tablets in the bottle and 2 is the recommended serving size, making this bottle last 60 days. Mine came well-sealed. It expires in February 2027 so it is quite fresh. From the bottle, it is recommended to take it with meals.
