Solid value for the price, 60 day supply
I tried these calcium supplements because it can be tough to get enough calcium from food alone. They’re made with calcium citrate, which is well-absorbed, and oxalate, which helps the calcium work even better. The tablets are easy to take—I had no issues swallowing them, and they didn’t cause any digestive problems. With 120 tablets at a dose of 2 per day, this bottle provides a solid 60-day supply. For the price, it’s a good value.

Still Waiting for results
I’ve recently seen oxalates mentioned in health news, so I decided to try this supplement. It’s a newer supplement to me. According to the label, it contains oxalate-binding calcium citrate and malate, along with some fillers like talc. It’s a tablet, and I generally prefer capsules over powder forms. The bottle contains 120 tablets, with a recommended serving size of 2 tablets, making it a 60-day supply. My bottle arrived well-sealed.

Supporting bone health
My mom cares about her bone health, but it’s hard to get enough calcium from food alone. So, I bought this supplement for her to try. It has calcium citrate and oxalate and comes in easy-to-take tablets. Calcium citrate is good because the body absorbs it better. The oxalate helps the calcium work better. My mom hasn’t seen any big changes yet, but she will keep using it.

Good Source Of Calcium
Reviewing any type of supplement is always very subjective. Many times, it can take weeks or months for any benefit or side effects to be noticed. So, my review directly relates to my (or my wife’s) experience after using the product and any ingredient research we may have done.I like the many unique benefits of Calcium Citrate Malate (CCM) which go beyond just bone health. CCM is recognized as a calcium source that does not increase the risk of kidney stones; it is known to help protect against the stones forming. CCM is higher in cost compared to other sources of calcium that are commonly used.MY PERSONAL COMMENTS:I am an approved Amazon Vine Member. We are provided the opportunity to order (free of charge) many items that are new to the market, or where a seller just wants some additional exposure for their product. We are NOT required to review every item in exchange for using it. I personally only order products that are important to me (and/or my wife), items I can use or items that I have the ability to properly test (I have lots of test equipment). So from that use/testing I can provide an honest evaluation & review (and not always a 4 or 5 star) based upon my use and testing of the product. Thanks…and feel comfortable with any information I provide in a review.

Seems like a great supplement
Honestly, I've just recently been introduced to this product, by a close friend of mine. This is my reason for trying this out in my supplement journey. Whether this product works or not, at reducing oxalates in my system, I do not know. However, it seems to be a well made product and clear ingredients. Until I have a problem with them, it's getting an A- rating.Reviewing: LithoLyte OxFree™ | Oxalate Reducing Tablets 120 Tablets

Bind with oxalates
I have seen oxalates in the health news recently so thought I would see what this supplement is all about. It is new to me. From the label, it contains oxalate binding calcium citrate and malate. It does have some fillers too like talc and it is a tablet. I prefer capsules so not sure if I would get this again but glad to try it. There are 120 tablets in the bottle and 2 is the recommended serving size, making this bottle last 60 days. Mine came well-sealed. It expires in February 2027 so it is quite fresh. From the bottle, it is recommended to take it with meals.
