This is an excellent single resistance band. My girl in physical therapy for several months since a bad fall and her therapist has used this one many times with her. It is both useful and convenient.

Great resistance band. I bought this one for some therapy at home for my sprained wrist , it has just the right resistance to start strength training , I also enjoy using it for light Upper Ab work and leg stretches it has great utilities.z
