I bought the ACWOO Ankle Brace 2-Pack to help with ligament strain and occasional ankle pain, and I’m really impressed. The material is soft yet firm, giving great support without feeling bulky or restrictive. It’s easy to put on, fits comfortably inside shoes, and stays in place all day without slipping.I’ve noticed a real difference in stability when walking, and it provides gentle compression that eases pain from both a mild sprain and plantar fasciitis. The design works equally well for either foot, and having two in the pack is handy for washing and swapping.Overall, these are excellent value for the price, well made, and very effective for ankle support and pain relief. Very comfortable but could be better in the sence that the velcro straps don't have another part to stick to other then the sock thing it self so I assume after a while it will pull away at the fabric.

I think this is a really useful product, it's perfect for if you want a decent amount of support combined with flexibility. I used it to return to running after an ankle sprain. I didn't want to use a strap with more solid straps and laces as I needed flexibility in the ankle and didn't want to press it where it was still sore.The design is excellent, with a sock like feel and the two straps are designed so that they stick to any part of the sock and each other. This means you can get the exact tension to pull your ankle in or out and get the support level you need.
