Wheat is not GMO - however, the question I am asking is -Does Kretschmer allow farms to spray Glyphosate (Roundup) on their wheat for harvesting?

Although I do not see gluten listed on the label, a google search states there is gluten in wheat germ.

No, it's just wheat germ, great quality and taste, just make sure you keep it refrigerated after opening.

where is this product sourced?

I checked the jar and plant sourced is the only information on this subject I could find.
