You will see a nipple on the corner of the pillow, There is cap on the nipple.Open the cap & you will see a cut inside the neck.pressing from out side in such a way that the cut is opened.Just keep it pressed from out side & fill the air through your mouth.As the air is filled relise the neck and the air is locked.Vise-versa for removing the air.Pls feel free for any query.
