A must for a Erayak Generator!
To install you may have to flip the generator upside down to remove the shock absorbing legs to install as the screws were difficult to install. I was thinking about using a dolly but this is a lot more better and sturdy on our Erayak 4500 PDM.

Worth the price
Overall quality of this dolly is good.the only real issue is with the hardware screws were too short for mounting the brackets together, and the screws were too long mounting to the generatorHarley control on the taps to the main support brackets could be improved. I had one screw hole that was oversized, but nothing that could not be overcome with some extra hardware.

Easy install and it works
I don't understand the complaints on this wheel kit. It was easy to assemble and install on my ERAYAK 4500PDM and only took a few minutes to finish the job. Here's what I did to complete the assembly:1) Mounted the wheels on the rear carrier assembly and installed the cotter pins with needle nose pliers (bent the cotter pin legs around the axle). No drilling or extra steps required.2) Loosened the already installed socket cap screws that lock the mounting brackets on the 2 carrier assembly pieces3) Assembled the unit rear wheel and foot pad plates on the handle assembly using the provided short socket cap screws and provided Allen wrench - don't overtighten!4) Sat the unit up on it's rear and on a foot stool so the 4 rubber foot pads were exposed and so the wheel / handle assembly unit could be installed without interference5) Removed 4 Rubber foot pad bolts with a 10mm socket and ratchet (note: if the rubber foot pad(s) separates from the generator, your have to align the small round post on the rubber foot pad to insert into the small hole on the generator plastic case, so the rubber foot pad seats correctly before you install the assembly bolts).6) Installed the 4 long socket cap screws through the assembly and into the rubber foot pad holes to the brass threaded inserts in the plastic case (note: you will likely have to slide the front handle assembly to get access to the bolt holes during the installation of the assembly).7) Tightened the 4 socket cap bolts only enough to be snug, as you don't want to over tighten them.8) Tightened the locking socket cap bolts (2 in the front and 2 in the back referenced in step 2) after the assembly was installed on the generatorThis process worked for me and hope it helps you.The pop out handle is nice, the generator rolls easy on the wheels, and is steady when rolling. The only issue I encountered, is that ERAYAK included an 8mm wrench (90 degree socket cap hand wrench) in the kit for removing the rubber foot pad bolts but they were actually 10mm bolts, so I had to get my 10mm socket and ratchet to complete the associated steps. No biggie.

Works great
Generator is great but the wheel kit was a little bit tricky to install.

2 times a bust
I tried this item 2 times, both shipments were a bust. It's possible that I received 2 out of a bad batch. Wishful thinking!. The first one some holes were drilled too close to each other and bolts we not long enough. The second was about the same.1 tapped mounting hole was elongated and not perpendicular 85° or more. I stopped there and said not worth it.Just be aware, if you have the same issue as I did, get a refund.

Crappy hardware. Bring your tools and bolts.
Would have taken 15 minutes to put on IF the cutter pin holes didn't need to be drilled out, and IF the 4 small mounting screws were long enough, and IF the threaded metal pieces weren't crap...but they did. So 2 hours later and luckily I have all kinds of nuts and bolts, it's finally on. Probably stronger too.

Must flip upside down to install
You have to flip it upside down to install this. I have already filled it with oil so I guess I'll have to wait for the next oil change to drain it and then flip it upside down. Wish I had bought this before putting oil in it, hope you'll do this.
