Good one for office purpose
This product is best for office calls or meetings, it's has a best noise cancellation feature, Quality of the product is also fine. Right side mic option and Volume, Mute button is attached over headphone.

Price Efficient, Great Mic and Speaker Quality.
The product is really price efficient. But I have noticed that the mute button doesn’t sync with MS Teams. I hope someone can give me a workaround. The mute button triggers the light lndicator but doesn’t really mute the device. The padding and the quality of the mic is excellent in my opinion.

Not comfortable on head and Poor mic for this cost segment
For ages I have been using different Headset for work from home mode. For hours long a light weight headset is better. Also the Best mic is which recognize your voice better then environment noise and give a Loud and clear audio to the other Party. After a good experience of Logitech H370 , I ordered H540 but with twice the cost it becomes totally disappointment because: 1. Not comfortable over the head due to thick design and heavy weight. 2. Microphone quality is not average. In calls my Asus Laptop captures better voice of me then the headset . Probably because the mouthpiece is short and noise cancellation is not good. 3. Ear muffs from Rexine material are not comfortable. In total a time waste.

Amazing Customer care support
I am giving 5 stars solely because of the amazing customer support from Logitech. I faced an issue with my H540 headset, but when I took it to the Logitech service center, they replaced it without any questions asked. Their customer support really makes the product worth the money.
