Best quality of Duck Fat from southern France
I bought this brand of Duck fat from France several times which I believe is the best on the market. Besides olive oil this is the only fat I use for making home fries, scrambled eggs , searing meat and even making rue. Once in a while I put it on rye bread a sprinkle of salt and pepper and thin slices of red onion, a nostalgic post WW 2 staple. Furthermore, this is a good quality Duck Fat with a good source of nutritional benefits.
