Used to fasten a vice to a newly made wooden work bench.

Brought these as part of a project to replace guttering on my garage, had to produce my own brackets because of the nature of the job. A bit hit and miss, but the nylock nuts are standing up to being tightened and slackened off. The bolts seem to be well made, the only weak point are the washers although they do the job they are a bit light weight.

OK.. Up front.. I'm an Aviation QA Engr so I know what I'm talking about.I ordered 3 sets - 12 bolts nuts & washers for a home project. Thankfully not for work!!4 bolts and nuts siezed about 1/4 way onto thread. This because either the thread pitchof the nuts or bolts are incorrectly cut or mismatched OR I suspect; the nyloc friction element is too tight resulting in excessive frictional heat and seizing as rundown torque spiked really quick after about 4 threads in.Nuts are welded on.Either way the first delivery never arrived and this was a resupply so I'm not bothering to return them.30% failure report is a major fault incident under ISO9000 standards and I wouldn't be ordering these if you have to ensure or record supplier compliance to standards or quality.This supplier has probably got a "contaminated" bulk batch in his store as is trickling them out into the retail market.Not for commercial or trade resale.... AVOID.
