This is fun for all ages. We connect out Bluetooth, play some music and start punching (not full force or you may hurt yourself or break the product). The spots light up and that is the one you punch. It works as advertised and definitely gets you working up a sweat. It was easy to set up and mount to the wall. It has sticky velcro steips that mount on the back then on the wall. Easy as that. The size seemed a bit small at first, but it works just fine as it is. Price point and quality are good, and it comes with gloves.

This product is a great way to introduce kids to boxing and have them exercise, while being big enough and durable enough for adults. I used this for a couple days myself and found it a good speed drill and fun.Setup was super easy, charge with the included cable and use the included Velcro to attach to the wall, or a separate piece of plywood so you can move it easily. The included gloves means you can use it right away. Pricing was very reasonable compared to many similar products.

I got it today they sent the two gloves for the same hand ( left ) even tho I used it but it was weird other than that pretty decent product.!

I really loved this for the 1.5 months that it worked. It recently fell to the ground. The adhesive does not last long and the piece is rather heavy

Although, it’s advertised that children can use it, it doesn’t register their hits and majority of the time hurts their fits. As for adults, you will get your work out in. Multiple levels and definitely makes you competitive. I will say make sure it’s on a sturdy wall because you do have to put some force into the punches for it to register. Very easy to set up.

What I thought was more of a game and a toy that may help kids get extra exercise without knowing, well it turns out to give adults a very good workout that is fun for them also and it’s a really good cardio workout that will have you sweating in no time. It’s very well built, it’s fun, easy and simple to set up. Add some music and get some moves to create your own routine or just use it to exercise your memory. We love it.

You can adjust the volume.There are nine levels of speed, it automatically keeps track of your hits(up to 999).This is a fun compact well built inexpensive workout.
