No fillers or additives
This cream feels so luxurious. It's got a faint scent that is really nice. I love that it is made in the USA and third-party tested so you know there are no fillers or additives. You do not need to use a lot to quickly see the benefits. It seems a little pricey, but not for the quality of this product. Other wild yam creams claim they are pure but may contain fillers which is why they cost less. This cream is the real deal.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks and do not notice any difference at all. It does smell nice and doesn't have any negative effects that I have noticed.

Wild yam cream with organic beeswax and essential oils
I really like the addition of organic beeswax, lavender, frankincense, and clary safe essential oils. The almond oil, shea butter, and coconut oil make for a luxuriously feeling cream. Wild yam and chaste berry creams are used widely for hormone balancing so it is important to discuss with your gyn or health care provider first before using these products and to follow the instructions. The cream is not designed to be used for moisturizing large areas of the body. You are only supposed to use a dime sized amount at the most twice a day and you are supposed to rotate the sites you massage it into. Do research on the ingredients and how wild yam and chaste berry act like hormones and any contraindications for use. The cream smells really nice.

Still deciding but I think it's helping.
I thought this might be one of those strange smelling goopy creams that may annoy me. On the contrary, it's got a great texture and smells nice enough. I dab a little on different parts of my body, alternating the spots between use, to promote balancing. It appears to be helping. Mind you, it's not a wild difference but if it were, it would be super expensive and require a prescription. So let's me real: we want some relief and any relief is nice. This does that.

Wild Yam Balancing Cream Supporting Hot Flashes & Night Sweats
My wife likes to use this product to help her relax and relieve the stress. As noticed in the web page, this product contains natural product that help women. It smells and feels fresh, clean and clear. As instructed, it should used with a pea size twice a day and spread on the skin. It is comfortable to use it. Wild yam appears to be the major working component. Its benefit is well known and described in many documents.

60 grams of yams
This has a nice light smell, but I can’t put my finger on what to call it. The jar container is glass with a metal screw top. Nothing fancy, but it works.Wild yam has been used for centuries, to treat various maladies. While there is very little scientific evidence to support any of it, my wife gets hot flashes, so I figured it was worth a try. It’s a little greasy and looks like cold bacon grease, but it seems to rub into the skin well. Two ounces isn’t a lot, but they suggest a “½ — 1 pea size amont”. I don’t know what an “amont” is, but it should last awhile. The ingredient list contains only things you can actually pronounce, and mostly find in nature. I do like that. The instructions say to use it for three weeks, and take off the fourth. There’s an American flag on the front label, and on the back it says that this is distributed by an American company in Denver CO, but I doubt very much that this is MADE in America. Unfortunately, the country of origin is not available. My wife has been putting it on her wrists before bed for a couple of days. No noticeable changes yet, but she’s hopeful, and...I yam hoping this helps.

Lid was beat up, NOT a cream.
This is a review for Wild Yam Balancing Cream: Menopause Relief & Menstrual Support Like Hot Flashes Night Sweats 2 FL OZ(60 ML)Ehhh….I don’t know about this stuff. It arrived packaged well (in bubble wrap). But the lid looks like someone threw it in the street and drove over it with their car. That gave me immediate pause. The listing says this is a cream but it’s more like an ointment or balm—kind of greasy. Right off the bat, that makes it so I don’t want to use it on exposed skin (like the insides of my arms). I’m worried that this stuff will ruin my clothes and bed linens. And the price! There are many many options that are a much better value from reputable companies. So…this one, unfortunately, I can’t recommend. It doesn't smell terrible, but I just can't bring myself to use it on a regular basis.
