PROS:1 - Got it for the low price of 299/- during a lightning deal (349 with 50 cashback).2 - If you like a lot of bass in your audio, you won't be disappointed.3 - Has padding underneath the head rest which is a nice touch.4 - Being a USB headset, its great alternative if your onboard sound chip has issues or isn't working.5 - The lighting's cool I guess but if you don't much care for that radioactive green color, just download the SteelSeries Engine software and change it to whatever you want or disable it altogether.CONS:1 - As others have mentioned, the earpieces really aren't comfortable for long sessions.2 - Sound quality isn't good out of the box. There's too much bass which overpowers mids and highs. Not much clarity. Sounds a bit muffled.3 - Volume levels aren't strong out of the box either. The reason I went with a USB headset is because my onboard sound chip isn't very loud. Unfortunately, out of the box, neither are these.4 - Suffers from some serious sound leakage. At least mine does and so did the original piece I returned. Its bad. Even at lower volumes, I can hear the audio when the headset's resting on the PC table. And if I start increasing the volume levels higher, I can hear the audio in another room with the door closed. Not exaggerating. I realize that most open headphones have this issue but it was nowhere near this severe on my cheapo Phillips headphones.5 - The original piece I got was brand new but it had an issue where upon rebooting my PC, it would either not work or only the left earpiece would work. Would take messing around with Windows sound settings to fix the issue till the next reboot. I am pretty the replacement I got is a refurb but at least it doesn't suffer from the above mentioned issue. But even with it, the sound occasionally cutoffs while listening to songs or watching YT videos. Usually rewinding or opening another song/video fixes the issue. Maybe I just got faulty pieces or there's a software issue somewhere but just thought its worth a mention nevertheless.SUGGESTION:Download a software called Equalizer APO and its add-on named Peace GUI. It works for all headphones. Spend 10-15 mins setting it up (look at a YT video if you need help) and you can get a boosted, clearer sound that's not drowning in bass. 100% worth the time and effort. Because the default sound quality of these headphones really isn't much good.SUMMARY:Unless you're getting it for the price I did or just want something that works, I would recommend skipping it.

Awesome headset worth₹350 ..Software is available to change light colors and intensity. Mic is not that great but yeah does the job. The other end of headset is of USB type, wire build quality is strong and durable.Voice is perfect for this range of price, cushion is great as well.Once changed it will remember the settings for the next boot.This is a great... (2nd review after few months used this product ) after few months later now I wrote this review.. this is a good one at just ₹350/- but after 30 minutes of use it feels painful in your ear and your ear 👂 become too hot .. after few hours later you feel headaches.. this is good deal but not not a good one for long time used ...1. simple design and light weight2. mic is located near left ear speaker but can able to record with good quality3. there is a seperate software for this headset where you can change the lightnings according to your mood4. sound quality is nice but can cause pain in ears if the volume is too high.(You can change the gaming experience with changing the glowing light.. you can manage it with a driver which provided by steel series web page)#If_this_review_is_useful_then_hit_the_helpful_icon 😊

1. Good quality & soft materiel used in ear-cups. So comfort level is good.2. Overall sound quality is decent c/w the price but i notice some weird effect on vocals (few songs) in full volume! so use this headphone in 75% to 3. 85% volume and you're good to go! Bass is not effective at all - I mean not punchy!4. You can use steelseries.engine software to change led light color and enable different modes like - Steady, multiple colors, breathing effect and no illumination!5. Now i know why this headphone is available in cheap price - after changing LED color i notice some connectivity issues in headphone. For that price, it is a decent buy as an overall package.Buid - Wire is well built, but the body is all plastic, so you need to be careful with it.Sound - Quite inferior to an average INR 1500 headphone, but is good for the price.Microphone - It is noisy but software correction makes it usable and somewhat competent.Comfort - It is smallish, but never gets tight around your ears. The quality of fabric and cushion is something you won't find on such cheap headsets.USB wire and lack of 3.5mm jack can be a problem for some, but it was a blessing in my case. My PC has an old sound card with extremely low sound output, so the usb connection and inbuilt drivers gave me loud music for once.

These are really good headphones for anyone who loves Sims. I love the colour changing effect when I'm playing Sims, though this only works with Sims 4 and when you just have them plugged in for normal use they only glow green but its a nice shade of green, unless you get the extra program to customise the colours which I might do in the future. The sound quality is good, I've had them on while watching YouTube today, they're quite loud I think as well which is good so I can have them round my neck and still be able to hear what's going on. I do have to disagree with everyone who says they are comfortable to wear for long periods because I don't think they are. I've adjusted the size, kept moving them to different positions on my ear everything and they hurt so much, Maybe its because I wear glasses, but I thought that they would be okay with my glasses unlike some over ear headphones as these ones have nice soft fabric ear cups. Maybe with more wear they'll get more comfortable but for now I find them very hard to wear for longer than an hour or two.

I have recently became obsessed with playing the sims and found these headphones add to the sim experience. I love how the colours change depending on their moods. It's almost as if I'm the sim lol No download required.

Great shipping, amazing condition. I just didn't realise that I can only use it for the game and not for music with my phone or tablet (tried to use an audio plug jack) but still didn't work. Oh well.
