Handy Greenhouse Ring Sets
These Ring Sets will come in very useful in my greenhouse. They just fit into the tee slot in the aluminium glazing bars with a twist and they are then locked firmly in place with a stainless steel nut that will not rust and sieze up so they can easily be removed if required. Each bolt is drilled for a one inch approx diameter ring and the hole is deburred so the nut screws on smoothly. A spanner is included to tighten it.20 sets are supplied and I will use them to hang my strings of onions for drying and for fixing my tomatoe support canes. They will also come in very handy for hanging my flower baskets, protected in the greenhouse prior to putting them outside in the garden.I think they are a great product at a good price and i am happy to recommend them.

Great bolts - easy to use, strong, and adds lots of plant growing options to your greenhouse
This review is for "20 Pack-Greenhouse Nut and Cropped Bolt Ring Sets, Aluminium Cropped Head Bolts & Stainless Steel Nut, Create Sturdy Tying Points."These greenhouse bolts are excellent and do just the job for either hanging up a hanging pot, or for tying in wires to grow plants up or long the sides / roof of the greenhouse. They fit perfectly into the alumnium channel in the frame of my greenhouse. My tip for installing is to put the nut onto the bolt and twist it on about 90% of the length of the bolt before fitting the bolt into the greenhouse frame - then you only need to do the last bit of tightening when reaching up or across - which is much easier.I'm very satisfied with these bolts and I will enjoy planning the upgrades to my greenhouse now that I can add wires and hang pots fom the frame. I rate them five stars. The price at the time of review was around £10 for 20 bolts, which I think is good value for money.

Good quality nuts & bolts
I don't have a greenhouse but needed to affix wiring and some wooden panels up an around the back panel of my house around my shed so figured these would do the job. This is just a temporary job as the fence is coming down next year but I needed something in a hurry and these fit the bill.As they're bolts I had to drill some holes in the wood and push these through. The bolts are machined well and have holes in place for your to run wiring through, and come with keyring type things as well. From what I can tell they look like they're water resistant stainless steel, let's see what they look like after the winter. The nuts and bolts are the perfect size and they fit each other well - which isn't always the case when buying online! I just bought a batch of M5s elsewhere and the threads were warped. These are good quality, sturdy and robust.I think these are pretty good value for 20 sets.

Super bit of kit
This is brilliant. At the moment I have a mess of bamboo sticks all over the greenhouse supporting tomatos and cucumbers and each year I have to take it down and recreate it for the new plants. This is simple. Thread the nut on the bolt, fix the ring through the hole and then choose your place for it. Tighten it with the supplied spanner. Oops its in the wrong place, no matter, its 30 seconds work to move it and then tie on a support wire or cord. Much neater and a more flexible system to use

Great idea, design and quality could be a bit better
These are a great idea for providing fixing points to run string / wire within your green house, so that plants can grow upwards against the walls ands make better use of the available space. The items come in 3 separate packs, bolts, nuts and rings, so you have to spend about 10 minutes running all the nuts on, over the bits of swarf in the through-hole, which jams up a little on each one, but quickly comes off with a little back and forth movement on the nut. Once run on, the rings have to be fitted through the same hole. At the end of all of this, there was a small pile of about 30 aluminium shavings on my desk, so manufacturing quality could be better.Fitting is fairly easy. Drop the head into the slots of your greenhouse, rotate 90 degrees to lock in place, then nip up the nut with the supplied punched spanner. Being aluminium based, don't do it too tight or it will snapThe bolt is aluminium, the nut and the ring are 304 grade stainless steel, so hopefully things will not corrode over time and they can be moved as required.I have a Gardman greenhouse and I found that the T slot heads are a little on the small side and could easily be a little wider for a firmer fit as they do not lock in place when rotated. In some cases, a bit of swarf made fastening the nut up tight more difficult until you had loosened it off, removed the swarf and re-fitted, so a bit of cleaning and checking before installation helps prevent this. The most frustrating thin is that after fitment, is the fixing circles do not hang down as you would expect, since the through hole is aligned to the wide face on the bolt, which you have to rotate 90 degrees to vertical during installation, this means that if you mount any on the walls, then the ring is sideways, rather than hanging down as would be expected.Overall, these are a good addition for greenhouses, but quality control lets them down a little and the design could be improved with the hole rotated 90 degrees on the bolt's shaft and the head size increased a little. As there are 20 of them, there are plenty to go around in the greenhouse, and their length is not too long that you will catch yourself on them when you are gardening.

Ideal for climbing/support strings
These clips are great and ideal for supporting plants with the aid of hanging strings. They arrive unassembled but they are very easy to put together. Just thread the locking nut onto the bolt and then thread the ring through the hole in the bolt. They provide a small spanner to help tighten the bolts once placed into the greenhouse rail.

greenhouse nut and cropped bolt ring sets
These seem good quality, nice long bolts with a hole at the end for the ring to pass through. I tried one in my greenhouse and it fitted nicely. You even get a small spanner to use when fitting them. A nice set and appears good value for money. Very useful for tying up tomatoes or other climbers in the glasshouse.
