I thought I would return the product of it didn't work well. It was a pleasant experience. I first saw the reviews and thought it wouldn't work as well as I expected. But to my surprise, it worked like magic. It is not painless but it's not as painful as normal waxing experience. It removes even the minutest of hairs. I tried it on the face and legs. To all those who didn't find this product satisfactory, they may need to learn the technique better. The smell is not too bad and it is easy and malleable to work with. Removes hair from the root and it is not as scary as the usual wax procedure. Please apply a good amount and wait for a minute before you pull it. Do not be stingy with the quantity you apply. Do not get tensed while pulling. From a scale of 1 to 10 of pain and 10 being the most painful experience, I would give this a 2 or 3. But be careful while applying on the face. It will hurt a bit and the pain will be at the scale of 5. Overall a good product. Will buy it again. I have attached the trial patch on my leg pic for reference to substantiate my review. This is my first ever experience in self waxing and that too with wax beans.

The beans are not loose and stuck. We need to pull a single bean all the time to free it and use which is the most painful job. When the quantity is less, you have to all the way pull the group of beans towards the lid of the bottle to separate them and you will be irritated. Not sure if that is old stock or due to climate conditions. Nothing is listed on the website about this condition.They works fine when put in the heater.

This product is very difficult to wax. The waxing process is painful as it removes hairs one by one. After waxing is over it is very difficult to remove residue wax that is left over skin. The residue wax holds the skin tighter than gum. Also 400 grams product will be over in one use of hands and legs. Not worth the money and a lot of hassles of after wax cleaning. White chocolate wax is much more preferable to this.

Well first of all the product was received in a bad condition with its lid broken and all the wax beads were out of the bottle..had to pick up every bead and put it inside..it is a bad case of mishandling of productsSecondly, still haven't used the product..after using I will update this review.. hopefully it will help you all in the future

I got some aloe vera wax beans, I got it today only. So don't know what would be the results.
