Easy to learn
It's a fun and easy game to learn but difficult to master.

Fairly easy game
Played with my 8 and 14 years old and they enjoyed playing the game together. However the amount of strategy is not enough for the older one to want to play repeatedly while the theme is not interesting enough for the younger one to play again.

Cute, fun quick game.
Cute little game that is fun with 2-4 players. Not much setup and is relatively quick. You get random boards so a little different every time you play. Great game for the price point.

Quick game with interesting twists on common mechanics
For some reason, I was expecting this to be a bigger box game. I was pleasantly surprised by how small the box is. It's not as small as a Tiny Epic game, but it's definitely closer to that than your "normal" sized game. This just makes it a lot more likely that I'll take this on future trips. Again, this is a good thing. I have too many big-box games. Game play wise, this reminds me most of Azul and Splendor, with some interesting variation. The Azul-feel comes from picking and placing a tile per turn (the key difference being that unlike Azul, there are no limitations on where you can place your selected tile (and the fact that you can slide it around while maintaining its relative position is quite interesting). The Splendor-feel comes from acquiring point cards based on your planet's resources (with the main unique difference being that the ordering of the planet resources matters for point card acquisition). I appreciate the fact that the boards are two-sided, with a simpler side for beginning players and a more advanced side once you get the hang of it. The Black Hole (solo game) variant is also interesting. I'm not much of a solo board gamer, but it's nice to have that option. They even included a free streamable soundtrack for when you play. I didn't quite love it, but I thought it was a nice touch to have that included (via a QR code in the manual). I'm mostly knocking a star down due to the components. The card stock is really thin (it feels half as thick as the cards in most other modern games I have). As a result, these are really easy to accidentally bend, especially as you're picking them up and moving them about (either due to drawing new cards or taking one that you achieved). I think it also would have worked a bit nicer if the planet boards were a bit thicker than the biome tokens so that they were less likely to pop out as you're sliding them around. The selection bag is nice though, and the overall thickness of the cardboard is good too. It's really the card thickness that I was disappointed with. Overall, I'm really liking this game. It's small, quick to teach with some good strategy options and two levels of gameplay (beginner and advanced). Recommended.
