Well... If you are keeping your babysteps in the world of music and looking for a branded piano and your budget is >3K and <5k then accept him/her as your new family member....I purchased this product on 5 th Aug and got the product delivered on 9 th Aug. As soon as I saw the product I almost fainted😨😵😱. The worst packaging I have ever seen in my life.Amazon did not even provide their trademark "white sheet" packaging to the product. The only one cover the product had was the cardboard box which was provided by Casio and it was torn because of SHIPPING😈😈. But by God's grace the product did not get any damage(not even a scratch) 😊 because of the air pockets they provided inside the cardboard box🤗.I think amazon has to improve their packaging.The very next work I had had to register the product. I tried to register the product on Casio 's official website. But it said registration can be done after 40 days of purchase🙃🙃 but it did tell that the product is genuine.So one of biggest tension gone🤗Now about the product. 😊😉The product design is very nice and sleek.. It weighs around 2.5 kgs and it includes all those features claimed by amazon(actually Casio) nd everything works well too.The keys are smooth and long enough(though mini sized) to play the instrument AARAMSE..30 rhythms, 50 tones and 50 song bank help to keep your steps more stronger. The volume is also loud enough and clear. And SUPRISINGLY It came with an ADAPTER (AD- 5 AC type) which was provided by the seller👏👏(it was not original adaptor provided by Casio) so those who are complaining that adaptor was not given with the product I think it is upto your SELLER.....Finally, If your learning or as I told earlier keeping the babysteps into music world this one is for you.👍👍

Product was delivered with good packaging and real quick. Power adapter was included with this order. I have ordered a carry case separately. This is a perfect product for a 6 year old who has just started keyboard lessons. Sound is crisp and overall keyboard appears well organized with clearly marked volume and other buttons.

supplied addapter is very risky, its passing some AC POWER. which can damage the piano, and can harm your child.1.Power adapter looking cheap.2.Keyboard or adapter has problem, at a perticular point it's not sending power to keyboard.

I have intermittent power on issue with my MA150 after 6 month of buying it. Qutoed 3 years warrenty from CASIO is just for name sake. They just have 2 service centers in Bangalore and have not published the adress details anywhere. Not even in the warrenty card. After a great difficulty i got the adress which is almost 30 KM from my place. At last i took it to service center and unfortunately it worked when they tested. (as i mentioned it has intermittent issue). So service center people did nothing to resolve the problem and told me sir it is working fine. Once i returned back home it is again dead.Gaps from casio side:1.Non availability of nearby service center.2. Technicians not able to detect the problem.3. Casio doesnt provide a branded power adapter along with keyboard. The one i bought with it is very local quality. Now i am doubting if adapter is a problem. But even to test that i have to spend another 600 bugs.Gaps from Amazon side:1. Amazon did it best to harras me in this case. I dont know what confidential in the invoice. They did not send the invoice as attachment in my mail. To get the invoice you have to login from desktop and request invoice download which was not so easy while i was in service senter and they demanded the invoice. So you deal with amazon customer care for 30 minute and then request service center to use their pc to download it. Why dont Amazon ask customer to login from desktop while they purchase the product?2. Amazon did not fill or stamp the warrenty card due to which service center people were hesitent to take the product for repair. There is no date of purchase mentioned in the warrenty card.3 Amazon customer care provided me 3 different numbers of casio customer care. One was dead and other two were for Ludhiana and delhi city.Amazon people are Amazing, isnt it?Now i am planning to take it to some nearby shop to check and repair and pay for it even though i have warrenty for it.So anyone buy this product from casio please keep this in mind and anyone buy anything from amazon also keep things in mind.

Excellent product of casio..best keyboard for beginers..Learning is easy with this keyboard..Delivery was on time by amazon..it was amazon fulfilled and prime product..Always buy amazon fullfilled products or fullfilled by prime..overall product is good iam giving 4 points out of 5..speaker volume is low..any way its nice product..And one more thing please use CASIO LAD5C adapters..

There was a lot of confusion with the adapter and we finally ended up buying an extra adapter ..the product is good and my daughter is using it everyday.

Serves very well for my 5 year old. Sturdy piece but at the same time, small enough for a child's hands.
