Refurbished is the way to go
So far everything is good - this was a refurbished Xbox but we got the extended warranty just to be safe. It had no damage that we could see and was a lot cheaper than a new one.

Does not come in box as advertised and only has 780gb not 1t...super disappointed tbh

A happy customer
The xbox is in great condition and the seller is easy to talk with and eager to make things right if something happens. It came with 1 game as advertised but the seller sent me the other game once I reached out to them and told them I really wanted the other one that it was advertised with. Everything was intact and in really good condition. One minor aspect is the controller has a bunch of black particles coming out of it everytime I play but I can always get another controller.

Unit was very clean almost looks new except for the missing rubber feet, works great and my kids enjoy it.
