good product which is easy to use and I found quality also good.

The quality is good but it is not 12 mm diameter. The steel wire diameter is more like 4 mm. It appears thick due to the magnifying nylon tube in which it is covered.

Easy to use, but quality need to improve

I ordered one last year . It was very good,big enough .I cud bind my cycle with some pole . Then I lost the lock so ordered another one. It's so small and I hardly can lock the tyre only . So I am very disappointed.

Great lock and protects my bicycle from theft but there should've been an option to change the password as sone kids could guess it or spy on me while opening the bike , that's a bit risky . So u just have to be careful about it.Overall it's a great product, Thank U Amazon

Rope wire length not as specification

Lock is very good . Good with my contender shox .Perfect product no problem

The locking mechanism is not very reliable. There is an evident clicking sound once you reach the correct number on every dial. Ok for controlled environments
