Love this Serger! I was concerned about the set up, but it was super easy. It does come with tweezers which help the threading process. The quality and price are both great!

Have to say, I was skeptical, but everything came packaged really nicely. Instructions were clear, and I didn’t have to thread it myself, which I was nervous about since I’m a noob! Everything seems to be really solid and I verbally said “stoppp. This is what I was missing?!” When I saw my first super clean seam. Great machine and budget friendly for a beginner!

I bought this machine in 2025, but the thread wall spacing is too narrow. The foot pedal is stuck, preventing me from sewing because the machine speeds up too fast. This is disappointing since I planned to use it to make crafts and projects while visiting my grandchildren in Virginia. I’m not happy with this machine. If I can purchase a new foot pedal, I would appreciate a reference. I don’t see it on the website.

I’ve had this serger for a few months and only recently started using it. I ran into a small issue I couldn’t figure out, so I reached out to the seller. They responded within minutes and even offered to call and walk me through the solution. About 10 minutes later, everything was sorted and running perfectly. Great product, and genuinely excellent customer support to match.

So far so good the box looked something that went to war.. but so far good.

I was so excited whenever it came in. Reasonably priced. Was ready to get to work. I have a lot of projects I have to do. Spent a little bit of time. I would say about 30 minutes getting it all set up. If you know, you know over lock machines take a little bit of time . After I did that I literally plugged in the pedal and it just started running. And I mean like I put my foot fully on the pedal I was confused. I pulled out the pedal. Tried to pull it up to see if maybe it was jammed and it wasn't. So I did it again just to make sure it wasn't some type of glitch. In there, it was running at full speed by itself. So to test it out, I put my foot on the pedal. And I could hear it accelerate as if it was like a double engine. I don't know this has been a horrible experience.

I love my serger only thing I was sewing & the fabric was thin & the machine eat iit up I pried it in order to cut it free & when I started to use it again it made a load noise so I left it alone until after new years I will rethread it & see what happens I’m sure it will be ok Ill take a picture. It’s under a piece of fabric

It sews great; after awhile several months I was having a problem with the needle staying threaded. They fixed my machine promptly with a beautiful stitch. It was GREAT customer service. This machine has an outstaring warranty of 10 year’s. My brand new Jade husqvarna Viking only had a year warranty.
