Hey, can someone using the toaster shed some light on the other two functions mentioned - reheat/defrost? [7browning levels are the toast functions]

The defrost/ reheat function is for bringing back frozen breads to room temperature. I don't think any of us in India use frozen breads and we'll never end up using that feature. However, I tried toasting some fresh buns and the feature came in handy as it got toasted just right. Anything beyond was burning them. Hope this helps.

Is this toaster made in India?

I agree with previous answer. It broke down in less than two month.

does it have pop-up function?

Yes, and a way of raising the level of the toasted breads for easy removal.

The thermostat stopped working, now it burns the bread even on the lowest settings. So I guess 3.5 years is the lifespan of the toaster. 😅
