A fantastic product
Excellent appliance, very easy and effective to use, and most important, to clean too. My daughter, who is learning new bakery dishes as part of her hotel management course,has been using this extensively. She sometimes forgets to give it a slight rest and uses it in an extended fashion. The higher powered motor and the reliable Black & Dekker build (we use B&D appliances the most in our kitchen) keeps it going well. A little more expensive than the cheaper options available, but then, those really aren't 'options' in the true sense as they are smaller powered Motors. Buy this without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Perfect for small scale use, great value for money
Brilliant product. Works well, good for using for a longer time for more production. Runs easily without heating up, so far no problems whatsoever. Super handy and easy to use. Great value for money.

Deceit & frustrated...
First thing , I went by the brand name....but don't buy this one....I couldn't use i immediately after I bought...but when I started using....I used the hooks more for kneading bread flour ...and within 1 month of proper usage smoke started coming....burning smell...there i no speed regulator from start....if runs as if in 5 for speed 1....and something broke inside....instrument gets heated up...Thd best part is there is absolutely no after sales service...customer service don't respond ...they r not prompt....the brand is best for TOOLs....It's a lesson I learn...electric appliances should be bought only from the concerned brands....don't go by Brand name....I am suffering ...we rather feel deceived and frustrated by their attitude....

Had been searching a lot before finalizing this product and this turn out to be a charm has helped in in every thing i have tested it for just amazing thanks Black+Decker for amazing quality and product

It's just labeled as Black and Decker, but locally made
It's not the original Black and Decker product. It's name is licensed out in India for some kitchen appliances to Pigeon and of very ordinary quality. Not worth the money
