Red Dragon

I did not expect a used book that was published in the 80s to be in such a great condition!! It's a great deal to have got this collectible at 420 rs. It's almost like a new book. Came along with a great smell :)Highly satisfied with the purchase!

This book (2nd in chronological order) of Hannibal Lecter series, takes you on a journey of self-loathing criticization, and what evokes as a result of endless turmoil endured during early years of age, due to disabilities. However, "The Great Red Dragon" didn't exactly appeal my tastes, due to its nightmarish sexual energy emitting from the epochs. A good book, nevertheless.Giving this paperback, 3.5/5 stars.P.S :- I made the cake. 🌸

Generally I tend to stay away from Horror genre. What really intrigued me to read 'Red Dragon' was a random article on the real life inspiration for Hannibal Lector. Dr. Alfredo Balli Trevino from Mexico who methodically murdered his friend and possibly murdered many hitchhikers is the real life inspiration for the Hannibal Lector. Now coming back to "Red Dragon". This a fast paced thriller for a novel written 36 years back and found it surprising that it didn't sound dated. 'Red Dragon' basically set the tone for future fiction on offender profiling, serial killers and FBI investigation on killers on all medium. Recommend if you are looking for a fast paced thriller.

It's a reprint edition.The paper were cut irregularly.Although print is good.Discription says it's first edition but delivered republished edition.

Anyone who reads this genre will absolutely enjoy it and be involved in it. The characters have been well written and the story is great as well.But if you choose to buy this book hoping to see a lot of Dr. Hannibal in it, you'll be disappointed because in this he's currently incarcerated.

Best novel of all time. Seriously. And also it's cheap.
