Kenstar Jacuzzi KGT03W2P 3-Litre Instant Water Heater (Cream)

Hi Friends,I have bough a Kenstar Water heater on 14th Jan 2018 from amazon and now it is faulty withing the warranty period. I have called multiple times to the customer care but they are not sending any technician. They tried to bluff me by saying waiting for parts. Then I said if no body visited my place how come you know which parts are faulty. They had no answer to it. Even there website has a compliant section but it dose not work. After giving all information page gets refreshed after submitting and no Tickets get generated.DO NOT BUY any product from Kenstar else you will suffer with poor product quality and horrible service and horrendous call center. I guess they have deliberately made all channels of complaint flaw full.

It works very well. Fulfilled my expectations. 3 litters water gets heated within minutes. Has auto off after heating. Getting hot water continuously if open the tap little, which serves the purpose of high water capacity Geyser. Hose to be purchased separate from market..

Purchased it in sale got it in 2600 -400 cash back I.e 2200 only.I need to purchase 250 rs pipes extra and 300 plumber charges . heating light was not working after installation.Register complaint by calling customer service,got solved on same day . Expect that overall product is good and 3 L size looks sufficient as it's gives continues hot water as you start .

just completed one year ,nearby used only four months and its stop working .No hot water coming from it . As shown that it has 6 years warranty - try to contact as the contact number given - 39404040 ( used state code with it ) I think its a fake number .My advice better to purchase from local market .

No responses from Kenstar customer service on its installation also once own source electrical engineer try to install. It was found defective. I'm unable to return or replace now.

Cut off indicator is not working:-((...there is no three pin top in the power cord Nd there is a gap in between the side of inlet, outlet pipe and the plastic cover..so we can see the inner steel tank from outside

After using 1yr its is not working, first earthing were coming in water, after few days it got blust when i switch on the switch, even after when i called to customer care no proper response, waste product and waste service.
