The clay pots look really good and sturdy. Their customer service is also excellent. The delivery carelessness led to one of the pots delivered broken. The company immediately took action to send me a new one at their own cost. Professional service. Keep it up 👍🏼

Product is not seasoned properly after cooking few times it leaves crack on the bottom of the pot and also some black colour liquid is oozing out of the bottom which is causing the blockage of the burner totally a worst manufacturing i would like to replace with a new one or do refund

Recieved broken the bottom kadhai(2 pieces); bottom most kadhai. Probably packaging issue or transport issue. Bit disappointing on a festival day. But I am buying this 2nd time, after using the previous kadhais for 3yrs. So, it's ok; I don't want to return. These things happen. But look into packaging, thermocol doesn't give good support..broken thermocol pieces used for packaging. Look for ecofriendly options please 🙏.
